Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomDownside is a club across the road and the noise associated with it. Kept us up most of the night. The shower was freezing, no matter what we did we couldn’t get hot water out of it (reported to reception)
The location was great for the city centre was perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the Trinity Centre and train station. Free hot drinks in the reception area with croissants available on a morning too! Everything you need in the apartment including dishwasher, washing machine, tea & Coffee and washing up liquid. Comfy sofa’s and hand and body wash in bathroom

Location was perfect. The room was a big enough size with plenty of amenities (toiletries were really nice). Bed was very comfortable! Staff were very friendly.

United KingdomA little noise was coming from the room opposite but nothing that spoiled our time.
On arrival we were met by reception who instantly upgraded us free of charge. Reception was clean and had loads to offer including a free hot drinks machine. We was on the first floor which was accessible by lift or stairs. We used the stairs (🤫) the apartment was quite big with a kitchen diner living room in one. Kitchen was very clean and looked almost new. There were 2 couches which we sank into as they were they comfy. A large TV was attached to the wall and a table with four chairs was next to the kitchen area. The bedroom was sublime with the largest. comfiest bed you could ask for. The bathroom was offset into another room with a huge deep bath which my wife loved and probably the best shower in the world!!! ( It really was that good) Designer Shower gel shampoo and soap were in there as well which was a nice suprise. There was also a mist free mirror which was very useful for shaving etc. the room had air con and was well heated. It took me a while to work the controls and had to call reception but that's only because I'm old and technology is my enemy 🙄 in all it was a very very good stay and we will definitely be returning

United KingdomWe were originally given a room we weren't happy with it was really cold no view in fact it was scaffolding to look at it just felt depressing there the bed in that room was quite small too.
It was actually a different kind of stay for us I have just been through quite a big surgery and I just needed a break away from home we actually just stayed in the room and watched films. I was on crutches and we weren't happy with the original room, We were given a different room straight away and offered a late check out free. The man on the desk was really lovely about changing the room for us. Thankyou.
