Need better directions as the post code is not enough. We didn't know what side of the road the entrance was so drove straight past. The sign is probably OK in good daylight but on a dull wet day we completely missed it. Just need to add some extra details for those arriving by car and maybe improve the sign so it's more visible.

Convenient location., small but modern room and comfortable. Breakfast was a good continental selection and there were lots of lovely fresh pastries.to choose from.

Room was very hot and you couldn't alter the temperature and it was very noisy if you opened the windows. Also noise from the corridors outside the room very loud.

Room was comfortable and plenty of choice on the continental breakfast which was nicely displayed and continually topped up. Less than a 5min walk from tube and on day of arrival e-mail sent to phone giving directions on how to get to the hotel which was brilliant.

Unfortunately i think the property may have been experiencing some plumbing issues as there were some banging pipes which would break in to song now and again which did also wake me at one point one evening, but other than that i couldn't fault the service and atmosphere.

A very Peaceful and relaxing setting, Given the properties location you are able to relax easily.

Leaky shower and broken toilet seat but didn't really affect our stay.

Location amazing so quiet although near a busy London road. Breakfast delicious. Staff all very polite and pleasant. Beds comfortable and room perfect for our stay.

The location was perfect for a short trip to the O2. The bed was comfy and bedding was warm. Water was extremely hot.

The main light in my bedroom buzzed, which detracted from what is otherwise a very peaceful setting? I just used lamps instead.

Property next to Limehouse DLR station. There are night buses that drop you off around the corner too. Staff were nice and helpful. Room is cosy but great for a short stay. Very quiet and nice breakfast. I would stay again

Both guest rooms we had were set up for disabled guests which we weren’t so a tad frustrating as beds very low and bathroom was a wet room.

Our room was given the title of King garden suite. Giving the impression that the room would be bigger with a sitting area. We did not find this to be so as our room was really much smaller that we expected.

Comfort of main lounge and breakfast and dining room was excellent. All public areas were super.

Two minutes from Limehouse Station and easy travelling to all parts of the city. Comfortable bedroom, with all we needed, and excellent breakfasts. Refreshments available throughout the day with a choice of comfortable lounges. Very clean and tidy and very attentive staff. Ideal as a base for exploring London - or as a place for rest and retreat.

Shane there is now a separate parking charge as this will affect my choice in future, as with parking included it is a very reasonable price, but with the additional charge it opens up more options elsewhere at the same rate.
