I like that it's close enough to a beach and some of the local shops and resurants are fantastic,the caravan was beautiful and rather quiet too there's some lovely places to visit if you like and drive

Very clean. Lots of space, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Able to control the heat temperature with heating controls. The radiators were very efficient which meant there weren’t extreme peaks or dips in temperature. Communication from landlord was very good.

Absolutely loved the caravan. It had everything you needed and more. And so close to everything! The owners were great and communicated everything. I went and had a look to find they have more holiday Lets! I will be booking Filey Sea front in the near future!

The oven is a bit of a challenge as it doesn't cook or grill evenly. When we was cooking one night the gas run out, which could have been a bit difficult if our food wasn't just finished cooking when it went.. although, the maintenance team did come an hour or so after we reported it and changed it, so it was no big drama.. just a tiny bit inconvenient.

The caravan is very spacious and modern. I've never stayed in a caravan with such big rooms and a bath before! The beds were very comfortable and the caravan was really modern and lovely to stay in. The owner was really friendly and very responsive when we reported anything!

Bed in master bed room. Was a little soft for my taste but that's a personal preference. I prefer a very firm matress

Would have liked decking attached to the caravan. This was a seven berth caravan but we only had a small table with three chairs. We were a party of five.

Location was good, activities good for children but had to pay for these on top of caravan cost.

Feel the beds a little too soft for my liking, but that’s a very personal thing - I’m also 8.5 months pregnant so this could be why!

Only one bathroom… table for 4 people and we were 6! Maybe 🤔 an extending one… An outside decking area would have been perfect, steps into home awkward with dog and toddler

Lovely mobile home, nice beds plenty towels, good furnishings, very reasonable priced, situated on Parkdean site so stacks for kids to do.. walk to beach, child and dog friendly… we had a good time thank you

The internet connection was very intermittent and we were unable to use any of our tv subscriptions, not sure if it was internet related or if we were not doing it correctly. It didn't really affect the quality of our stay as we had so many other things to do.

The caravan was great. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for us all (7 stayed in total). We were able to park quite close tot the caravan and there were lots of activities on site such as play park, crazy golf, trampolines, highwire, swimming pool, children's entertainmant, restaurants, etc

The 5th bed was a camp bed , our 12 year old found it very uncomfortable, she even fell off it one night . Outside the static just by the steps on the grass were a number of cigarette ends, not very nice .

Very clean, spacious well equipped. Good location, within easy walking distance of all site amenities.Nice safe walk to the beach. The surrounding area around the static was well kept.

Some slight damage evident including steps to the bunk bed which were cracked and in need of replacement / repair.

a nice, well priced caravan stay in a clean park, good communication and a great out of season stay we will likely repeat. The van was clean, tidy and reasonably appointed.

Parking wasnt next to the caravan but only a couple of caravans away.

The Cove is modern, clean and comfortable. It is a great location on the camp and close to all the park has to offer. The kitchen was fantastic and I loved the use of the full size fridge freezer. The oven was easy to use and we had all utensils needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms are a good size. My youngest loved the chalk board and games in the caravan, that is a very lovely touch. Thank you so much for a great stay.

N The location Was perfect for day trips to Scarborough, whitby & Robin hood bay. The facilities in the park where excellent & the beach was 10min walk from park. The caravan was lovely, comfortable & very clean.
