I found the room a bit tired looking and the hotel very noisy and no sound proofing. You could literally hear the conversations of the people next door to you and the people above.

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us.

Very tired room, carpets were marked and not clean, marks and chips in the woodwork and door frames and a terrible so called cloths take that was not solid,bathroom was very below standard and tired,poor shower bath panel was just pieces of wood with several screws in. Not the best breakfast, was ok but could be better quality, poor changing facilities in the pool and leisure area just an unlocked room for male changing

We were given a room, where someone had been smoking. It really smelled bad. I said I couldn’t stay because I have asthma. They did change the room but I took ages. Staff are quite young and inexperienced I feel also a bit of a language barrier! Not really any good with complaint. No bar staff again inexperience younger staff did not know how to serve or take payment. Waiting someone to serve for ages. Felt a bit sorry for them!

Swimming pool was freezing cold. There were no staff watching it so there were kids using the hot tub despite signs saying no under 15s. Also couples using it to snog and cuddle each other and there was a lot of heavy petting in the pool too. Bathroom in the room was very outdated and paint was peeling away from the walls, the shower screen leaked and the extraction fan and bathroom mirror light did not work. TV in room wasn't very responsive. Parking and breakfast is very expensive.

Room was nice and it had air conditioning which made the temperature comfortable. Decor of the hotel inside is good and all looks smart. Staff at front desk were very professional and greeted us nicely and were very good. Good location near the beach.

Didn't like the jacuzzi not working properly, the button that you press failed to work, the staff could work it from reception but it was annoying having to to ask any staff that was about to put on again. Cooked breakfast was very salty or over seasoned. The room was OK but needs updating. The dresser under the TV is on its last legs and very wobbly, needs to be fixed or replaced. It was a shame it wasn't free parking also.

All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Very nice decor everything looked classy but should be same feel in the rooms. The spa was nice, enjoyed continental breakfast. I loved the soft background music that was playing in the restaurant, they were covers of various artists, it was great figuring out what song was being sung with my partner. Our room was upgraded thank you! We had nice hot baths, the water pressure was very good.

I would probably need to say the cleaning process wasn’t very efficient.

The staff was amazing, very helpful people and really made me feel good in my weekend. The food was great, their service for booking a table , very fast . On check out , the staff kindly offer to call a taxi for me .

I was there on 11/05/24 in room 216 The room was very hot on hot day because the AC wasn’t working properly , the staff there tried to help and fix it but couldn’t , so they offered me a small fan to used but it didn’t help and the room was still hot all night so I couldn’t sleep well I used to go and stay in this hotel for the last years since was mercury Hotel but this time I had bad experience for what’s happened .

Restaurant was too expensive for what we got. We ordered two burgers which came without any sides for £17 each ( only burger) . And the fries were just frozen ones from the bag which cost £4 I don't think worth the money. I think I was unhappy as I was expected for that price to be freshly made. I don't mind to pay for the food if it's quality but I just felt for what it was it was expensive. Left £70 for 2 burgers 2 sides and a glass of wine + tip.
