We couldn't stay longer!!

Everything about the flat was excellent. Vintaģe look, Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great quality furnishings.Wonderful airy space with big windows in living area.Welcome gifts of foods, beverages ie fruit, sweets, bread, botlle red wine. Doggie basket provided with toys/ towels.Everyone, including dog, very well looked after. Helen on hand to provide parking permit for stay.Exceptional.

Only downside for me was the stairs but that was the design of property nothing to do with the hosts

The property is in an ideal location, close to the centre and only short walk from the beach. Everything you could want was available and nothing too much for the hosts. We stayed over for a concert and certainly we’re not disappointed, for the money it really is excellent value and I would recommend it to anybody staying in Scarborough.

The quietness of the flat and the cleanliness, no one bothered us. all the flat amenities were there plus the owner had left some extras for us to use, bread, milk etc. It was very kind of her.

The location was perfect for the North Bay and the town centre. The apartment had everything we needed from a welcome basket to a well equipped kitchen. Great for a short break or a longer stay.

Perfect for couples. The location is excellent for the North and South Bay and the town Center. Decor is stylish. The apartment is well equipped, very easy to cook there should you wish too. There’s a cafe called Taylor’s in the North bay which is a ten minute walk from the apartment, it does a fab breakfast and it’s dog friendly. Powerful shower with rainfall attachment. Comfy bed and very quiet at night which was a bonus. The owners were very helpful throughout. They gave us a parking permit to park outside the property. The TV was a smart TV so we could catch up with Netflix! Absolutely perfect for dog owners. Everything we needed for ours including a few treats.

There was nothing to dislike

Loved everything, such a quirky little apartment, it was definitely to my taste. The little extras they leave are lovely and Helen did a great job when I purchased one of the packages to surprise my Husband. Very clean apartment ,very comfortable bed,has everything you need. And even though dogs are allowed to stay you couldn't tell as there was no traces of previous guests dogs at all, which I'm always cautious of when stopping places where dogs can stay as I have an allergy to dogs, very clean. Good location for shops and pubs and great that parking is free. Helen and Nick left us a card congratulating us as newly weds which was lovely, the bottle of wine and flower petals were a cute touch too.

The steps! Its on the 4th floor up a winding staircase. Unfortunately I wasnt aware of this when I booked. I have mobility issues/disabilities that made it very difficult to go in and out of the flat because of the stairs and I stayed in more than id have liked so I didn't have to face them. The windows at the roof top of my photos show where the flat is.

The flat was unique and quirky. A lot of thought and money had obviously gone into kitting it out.. I bought one of the packages that they offer, a pre prepared meal of brisket and veg and it was lovely. They also took the trouble to buy buns and a card with banners for my husbands special birthday. The emails between us were super freindly and informative and the hosts seemed quite experienced in holiday lets
