The elevator needs fixing. The sensor doesn’t work well so we all got squished and bruised many times.

The breakfast in the morning wasn't brilliant...and always seemed cold...and there didn't seem enough sun loungers round the pool but saying all this, it was still all nice

We had to park in the public car park next door as the hotel car park was always full.

The hotel is located in a great location, just 5 minutes to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Very quiet at nught and very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The hotel is small, but on good location and comfortable. The staff is great and there for any questions and requests.... The room is very clean.... The dinners are good, even for picky eaters....Everything is as in the picture.

Pool is slightly shaded and not much outside space but sarantari beach is very near so not really a problem.

Great quiet location just off main town street. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Hector. They kindly upgraded us to a larger executive room with a lovely morning sun balcony which was amazing for the price. Breakfast was sufficient and nice setting to dine in.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear people talking in the hallway let alone when people were shouting. We had a problem in the first day with the hot water in the shower and they fixed it

The location is great right next to the board walk and there is also a supermarket close by. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was nice. There is a small pool and sunbeds and only few hotels in that area. Our room had a mini fridge and a good AC

Although the pictures are nice, the place is not as nice as it seems in the pictures since it’s an old hotel with a face lift that I don’t think it’s worth the title “Boutique Hotel” The walls are really thin, and the room door have no phono isolation at all. We could hear all the noise from the corridor and the alarm from the next room.

The hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. The new design touches were interesting.

The room was actually a bit too small for our liking. Also there were no thick blankets in the room, which was a bit annoying because the airco gets very cold in the night. The shower and toilet don't have locks. The shower door didn't hold all the water, why it was leaking outside a bit. Also the sink was leaking underneath. There is no space on the wall to put your stuff in the shower. The closet didn't close properly and the door opened by itself. There was too little space to put all your stuff in the room and there were also some fake drawers.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! There was free parking space in front of the hotel. It was nice to check out late at 12. The room was cleaned every day, but you have to throw the towel on the ground. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable! There was also a balcony and airco. Shower is both a nice rain shower and normal shower. There's a nice bar at the swimming pool.

The grass near the pool attracts more mosquitoes. Fake grass would be better . Also bar prices are too expensive .

The room was like the pictures, but needed a towel rack somewhere, also we were in the ground floor which was noisy during breakfast and had no privacy. The food wasn’t great and you don’t have lots of optional.

The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere, the swimming pool was smaller than expected but still really nice. The position of the hotel is perfect, next to markets, restaurants, shops and beaches. The staff was super nice and friendly.
