very close to food and shops., yet far enough away for there to be no noise from the bars. NO parties allowed in the apartments which was perfect for us. Clean fresh room. Good air conditioning ( included) and very reliable WIFI if that is important to you. I have added the place on Google maps so its easier for guests to find if using satnav, just search Nikos Apartments, Kavos and you will find the place tab right outside the front door. 15 minutes drive to our favourite beach, Gardenos in the photos.

Noisy neighbors even though there were signs for Keep quiet, no music and no door banging. Shower head felt like it had electricity running through it sometimes, pinched me a few times, had to let it go from my hand, maybe static, i don't know. Host came to clean and swap towels only 2 times in a week which isn't a lot. Many of these problems weren't present in 2022 for our first stay, so it may vary.

After 2 stays in 2022 and 2023: Close to the Kavos beach, close to the bars/supermarkets, but not too close so you can rest at night. Room is great, AC is great, amenities are very good,you have all you need for a great vacation. Overall, the quality for the money that we paid is very good.

The locations of these apartments were great as they were very close to the main restaurants and bars in Kavos , and also right next to the beach. The hosts were also lovely and helped us with any questions we had.

No mosquito net on the balcony door , a lot of hungry mosquitos in the room. The host kindly provide a tablets and socket anti-mosquito device ,but this can't stop them

Without any doubts, the place is excellent. The hosts are extremely nice, helpful and open. You’ll get any help you need during your stay. The apartments are very clean. The place is pretty close to different beaches and to the village center. And at the same time it is in quite location , that makes it even much better, because the village is party like. So you can have a rest after noisy places in the center. We enjoyed staying at that appointments a lot. Wish to be back!

Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable. I think some smaller investments (e.g. new mattresses) could make it to a lovely accommodation.

We were warmly welcomed. Everything was very clean. Georgia and her husband were very nice and attentive. The location of the accomodation is very good and it was very quiet although the Kavos' nightlife was nearby. There are many very good restaurants (taverns) in the same street. The price was very fair.

I booked this because according to the reviews it's in a quite place in Kavos. But didnt expect that I will not be able to close an eye in 5 nights while I was there because the accommodation is at the main street where all night long loud people and cars and motorbikes and ambulances are passing. The 6th night I couldn't stay there anymore and booked a hotel in Corfu town so that at last i dont travel back home tired. Also the walls are very thin and I could hear all nights other quests coming , going and partying. Owner should set some kind of accomodation rules, but in a place like kavos it's probably useless. I would only recomand this place if you don't want to return rested from your vacation.

Firstly beds are uncomfortable Lots of mosquitoes No mosquito net (they should provide them for 100%) No shower holder Shower curtains are not adequate Every time you leave the flat The electric goes because Electrical is connected with your keys and if you take your keys with you which you must it means your fridge off
