There are construction sites on both sides of the hotel, so during the day it's very noisy. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. A garbage bin was missing in the room.

Nothing It was perfect.

Stayed in room #4. Up 1 flight of spiral stair. Nice sitting area on balcony with clear sea view from door, window, and balcony. Free parking nearby about 50 meters away. Clean room, You may occasionally see in the morning the very friendly older woman owner. Easy to walk down hill to central village restaurants. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous view from the rooms and balcony. Light breakfast supplies that were unexpected and very welcome. Lovely friendly staff. The only negative point was the ambiguous ground floor location. There is a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the family room. Bringing a suitcase up or down is tricky because there is no room for a person and a suitcase on the same step. The staff was needed to help us.

I really enjoyed staying at the Pension, it's a little bit up and away from the main old town (you access via stairs) and because of that it was nice a quiet. The room is basic but has everything you need. Very comfortable bed, small fridge and a kettle and some basic utensils (plus coffee and tea). The balcony is really nice to relax on

The lady managing the pension was really nice. Always greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed anything. The room was quite large with a beautiful view of the beach. It felt authentic. We also met Eleni the pension owner who is the sweetest lady. Even though the language was a bit of a barrier everything worked out perfectly.

Best balcony in Nafplio Pension Eleni is lovely. We stayed in the suite which has a large bedroom (including window bed/seats that would make this brilliant for a small family on a budget), a small but decent kitchen and a shower room and loo. The balcony is really a terrace with beautiful views down to the harbour. The downside of such views is the climb up to the room, all of Nafplio has stairs and to get a good view you will need to use your leg muscles. However, I am unfit and nearly 60 but was more than able to do the climb two or three times a day. The room is clean, the air conditioning is great and the staff are lovely. The rooms are fairly basic, but very comfortable. The terrace is very private and gets a gentle sea breeze which is perfect on a hot day. It has comfy chairs and a good table. There is a spiral staircase to reach the room, but again, fine if you are reasonably able bodied and do not have very small children. You will find coffee, tea, biscuits and jams all available for an easy breakfast. We opted to buy vast quantities of orange and walnut cake from the bakery just outside the old town, plus of course baclava. From the Pension you can get to the sea water lido for a swim in about 3 minutes and a 20-minute walk will take you to the beach. If you have a car, the carpark is right next to the Pension making life nice and easy.

We were there during heavy rains so the roof leaked a bit, we understand that it's an old part of the city, but that shouldn't happen.

Exceptional location -a couple minutes stroll from the centre, picturesque accomodation, fantastic sea view from the balcony, and public parking super close. We couldn't have made a better choice
