Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNo indoor public area, except very small covered terrance by the pool. Only an issue because of poor weather.
Spacious rooms, very helpful staff, pleasant pool area. Had everything we needed for a brief 2 night stay. 20 minute walk to the centre of Parga but all uphill so taxi back is a good plan.

NetherlandsVery comfortable adults only hotel in Parga. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What made it exceptional was the staff. All of them were kind and always smiling. The ladies in the reception were really helpful with everything that we asked them (ex. providing extra pillow, booking on our behalf a boat ride, ordering food to our room and of course suggestions were to eat in Parga and what to do). Additionally it has few parking spots in front of the hotel that was helpful since we were traveling with car. The pool is nice an the surrounding area really beautiful and of course no kids disturbing the peace. (I love kinds and I do have 2 but from time to time I love to enjoy the peace that adults' only hotel can offer) Breakfast was nice with everything really tasty and fresh. ( a bit more variety would have made it even better)

CyprusThe breakfast by the pool was excellent and the absence of children made it so peaceful and relaxing. The location is ok if you have a car which actually you need to visit all the beaches at Parga. Very friendly staff and owner made very good recommendations for the places to visit.

GreeceThe design concept is : Everything White. Everywhere. Nothing more or less. I was expecting more design personality so it fell a bit flat to me. Breakfast was not amazing : choices but also quality of products was average. Expecting more from the type of place.
The building is modern and looks good. The room itself was : big, had a good bed, a lovely big terrace outside a well tended garden, a great shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area is private and lovely, and the bar there is great. Small parking but perfect for the hotel size.

North MacedoniaThe breakfast is definitely something that can be improved. Limited choices and no diversity of food. We expected a lot more for a hotel in this price range. The location is also not the best, but we knew it before booking. Parga is on a 25-minute walk or 5 minutes with car.
The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. We had a big balcony with great views (you can even see the sea). The ladies working at the reception were pleasant. The private parking was a big plus.

SwitzerlandIt is far away from the main point of interest, quite challenging to manage the hill if you want to go for a walk. Breakfast was quite basic with not so many options. The ladies from cleaning / breakfast could smile a little bit 😀
The pool was fantastic, person from reception was doing a fantastic job to make our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. We meet also the owner, she was so nice too book for us a very good restaurant for a romantic dinner.

CyprusHotel not what we were expecting from the pictures, certainly not a boutique hotel but more like a small apartments with some hotel like facilities. Toilet and bathroom area is really small and should have been cleaner.
Staff was really helpful and friendly, recommending places to eat and things to do while in Parga.

United KingdomThe hotel is a good 10 minutes walk to Parga town plus a few extra down a steep slope. There is no food available after breakfast which isn’t very varied (more later). So if you want lunch/ dinner you have to go out twice a day, we did this every day but decided to get a taxi back up the hill as it was too exhausting to climb in hot weather, at €5 a time this added to our holiday costs. There are only 10 rooms so didn’t expect a massive spread for breakfast but the lack of variety and especially fruit was very disappointing. We asked for more fresh fruit and we did get melon and grapes ( there was also whole apples and sometimes bananas/ whole peaches or plums) but no imagination. By request we received pancakes or omelette but these were not obviously available and not always so. Not the hotels fault but beware building work has started close by, the peaceful oasis that was once the pool area is not the tranquil setting it once was 😟 Bar not manned in the day but reception would get you a drink before the barman came on duty at 3pm, unfortunately the bar was dead in the evening probably due to no food service.
very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff. pool/ beach towels provided.

NetherlandsIf you don't have a car and are not a good walker, maybe these appartments are too far from the town of Parga, you need to walk up a steep hill. For us it was no problem.
We really loved it to stay here! Very clean appartments, a lovely pool and lovely employees! They did all to give us the best feeling.
