It could benefit from a set of drawers. There is a wardrobe to hang clothes but not eough for us. We had some issues over the course of the stay but the owner was very easy to reach and they were resolved quickly and politely.

The owner and rest of the staff were lovely. The apartment was kept very clean by the cleaner. The view of the sea and mountains from the balcony were amazing! Very close to central kavos without being loud or noisy, more of a family friendly vibe! The pool was very nice with enough sun beds. There is direct access to the beach and a nice local taverna at the pool. The apartment had good air con and had cooking facilities to make a simple meal. I would recommend a stay here!

Dirty beach - cups, whippet cream bombs, grass - nobody clean in. But this is not a fault of the accomodation at all. They do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Comfortable appartment with a big terace and view. Nice and helpful staff. Cleaning every day. Clean pool just a few steps from the beach. Market and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfy, and was kept so clean by the amazing staff during our stay. Virginia made sure that we had a great stay! Quiet at night but within a short stroll to the busy night life!

Only a small suggestion but it would be nice if the balconies had a little more privacy as there was only a short wall dividing my apartment from the neighbours

This was a great apartment, very clean and well taken care of. House keeping came every day. The pool was great and the Taverna had good food. It's right on the beach, so the location was excellent. It's far enough away from town that its quiet... but you can get to the restaurants and pubs in a 5 minute walk.

No mosquitoes nets, at least bathroom should have one. Instead, they provided mosquito repellent device which was ok. The door sill was missing and was a big gap under the door (2-3 cm), that should be an easy fix.

A great stay. The host, Virginia, lovely and helpful, same the staff. Location is great, close to the center, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants yet quiet at night to rest. Beachfront. Comfortable bed, clean room, also cleaning service available daily if wanted. Pool was great, clean water, good water temperature. There is also a tavern inside the resort to eat or drink. Terrace was nice and big enough, with table and chairs. Free parking - wifi - sunbeds. Worth it, would stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel with a top location, we had an amazing view from the room and could get an early check in. The owner also provided the option for a late check out. It was a lovely stay, the place is very clear, also they offered cleaning every day. We are very happy and recommend it.

The apartment was lovely and clean with comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Air con was decent and appreciated that it was included in the price. Staff were nice and helpful waited up for us when our flight was delayed and arrived late. Loved the location as it was quiet and away from the noise of the party strip with steps down to the beach.

You will hear all sounds from your neighbors.

The staff was excellent. So good welcoming. Kavos can be a loud place but thanks to the perfect location you will enjoy silence directly at the beach. The pool is extremely well maintained. Really cosy place and nice to sit on the balcony. Air-conditioning works perfectly. The cleaning lady is so flexible and polite and somehow she successfully removes all sand from the beach that comes inside.

The only problem we had was the bad smell in the bathroom; it was not due to lack of cleaning, but probably some issues with the sewage system.

Great value for money! The hotel is situated right on the beach, far away from the noisy nightlife in Kavos. Everything was very clean (daily cleaning service) and well equipped. Cannot recommended it enough!

The very best place for family holliday so far: clean, cosy, very nice hosts.. When you have sea in the yard and taverna, you allways feel like having all necessary backup needed.

The room was a bit dated, plus it didn't have mosquito nets. Sleeping was a bit difficult, with noisy teenagers staying up until early morning, but that's what Kavos is known for. Sea water is not as clean as on the western side of the island.

Great location, right on the beach and close to the main street, yet quiet. Good onsite restaurant, Likourgos Taverna, with plenty of interesting dishes to choose from. Good sized room, with a small kitchenette. Daily cleaning was a plus. Great value accommodation.

We booked a 2 bedroom appartment but we wouldn’t class it as that.. we had 2 single beds in the living area with the table and kitchen and one bedroom.. so we’d class it as a. Studio apartment with one bedroom OR one bedroom with two single beds in the living space. Air con in the room was terrible. Didn’t work if any door was open (which they blew slightly open with any wind) and also just randomly went on and off. Fridge also wasn’t great and didn’t really get anything too cold.

The host was absolutely lovely. She came and met us as soon as we arrived. We arrived earlier to check in and we were able to chill by the pool. We were then brought to our room. (Booked a 2 bedroom apartment but was basically one bedroom and more beds in the living area) but we did have a nice balcony with a table outside so that was great. Pool was nice and location was great for getting to the strip.
