We came across this place unintentionally...and really glad we did! Even though it was a last minute booking they treated us like royalty. Thumbs up to all staff....they gave us a room upgrade and late check out to make us comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more!

The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable... because we had a late flight they extended our checkout timings by 3 hours and also the location of the hotel is very convenient as it only 5 minutes away from sani beach by car.

I liked everything, in case if you want to visit the surroundings I recommended to go there just in case then you go with the car. For beach they ofer the bus everyday at 10 am with retur at 3pm.

Beautiful place, with very friendly staff. With parking at 10 meters from room door, and a big garden in which my cat feels like in heaven. The breakfast was various.

Hotel is located far from the beach.

Hotel Staff is friendly and make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Its far away from Sani Club but taxi is available whenever needed. Breakfast is good and the room is clean.

It’s with nothing a single doubt that I have to say that there isn’t nothing to complain

I would like to thank you so much for all the team at the Sunny Hill Studios. At the arrival we had been welcomed with warming greetings by a lovely Lady called Stela and their lovely assistants Constatinos and Panaiotris . They took us to our lovely and well decorated studio. The room was impeccable clean, all equipped for your comfort. They provided us with; towels , toiletries, water , a very comfortable bed and a bonus was the electric repel that we never had to use. The bathroom for my surprise had a rainy shower, which it’s so relaxing and therapeutic after a long day at the beach. At the back of the studio you will find your private garden for your own enjoyment! Our unit also had a very big comfortable sofa where you could take a seat and catch up with news or maybe a movie . The property had a lovely swimming pool with a bar opposite . The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, they had a selection and variates for all tastes, we loved the very delicious Greek pastry ( our favourite was feta cheese and spinach) Normally the breakfast finishes 10am and for our surprise the most nice touch; the assistant came at each table to check if you would like anything else before they close the service , for me this was the most polite touch I have seen in an accommodation. They had a restaurant that serves local cuisine and with affordable prices . We will highlight and recommend the Moussaka that was very delicious in our opinion. The accommodations its 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk to the most famous and paradisiacal Sani Beach and most luxurious Sani Resort. Stela and her team are constantly thinking in each detail to make your stay enjoyable. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel at home. I can’t recommend enough this accommodation, perfect for couples , friends and family ! I will certainly be back next year. It’s a rare find in Booking.com !!

Excellent place to stay and especially convenient for kids: it has playground, swimming pool (for kids and adults). The breakfast was delicious. The staff was great - ensuring we have all the comfort! Even I asked them to start cleaning with our rooms first because in the afternoon the kids were sleeping and they took it into consideration! Thank you:)
