I liked everything but if I'm to be picky I didn't like the wash sink being right outside the bathroom area for practical reasons.

I liked everything. From the moment I arrived I knew it would be a wonderful stay because the receptionist Margo was the sweetest. Throughout my stay I was treated with kindness by all staff. The breakfast was adequate and tasty, the room was large and clean, I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath both nights, and the location was super - 10 minutes walk from the city centre but very quiet.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and were attentive to every needs. They were the best part of the stay. The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. Room was clean and very comfortable.

For me this was a great a location. Its a ten minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants with a small supermarket nearby. The main bus station is about a 15 minute walk. Buses are great and are more like luxury coaches. Margo on reception was particularly helpful and informative. Generally I found all of the staff helpful and friendly which gave the hotel a relaxed atmosphere. The room, bedding and towels were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The private patio was a nice bonus.

The beam in the terrace was sunk away a bit.

The room was just perfect. Lots of space and unique design. The private terrace the room had was perfect for chilling during afternoons and evenings. I loved our private plunge pool. The water there was very refreshing under the hot Santorinian sun. Breakfast was very abundant and tasty. Stuff was very helpful and welcoming. It is not located at the very centre of Thira, but the centre is just few hundred metres away. Uphill though :)

The distance of the property from the city centre is little far, that was little exhausting for us and the kid, as we didn’t get any rental vehicle coz of the license issue.

Very welcoming staff, specifically GEORGIA, the lady at the reception, she was extremely helpful and kind , my kid loved her. Other staff members were also very kind and polite. Spa tub in the room is wonderful, my daughter had so much fun.

The Breakfast was made to order from menu the day before. The staff were wonderful- Sevi and the other staff went above and beyond to assist us with our check outs, arranging transports and anything else required. Made us feel truly special and we really appreciated all that was done

Maybe a bit of road noise but we used air plugs.

Good location. Only 10 mins walk to the centre of Santorini. The lady who greeted us was in the evening was super friendly and very informative which was great. It is easy to use the buses for the island, you just need to use Google or ask locals about the times as they may vary depending on the season. Transfers and taxis are expensive. If you book a car rental online before you arrive you will make a big saving. We found it a pleasant experience and would recommend.

Super cosy! The girl who was at the reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) was super nice and attentive, always willing to help. The hotel is super well located, a few walking minutes from Fira center and the bus station and all the restaurants, shop, bars and nightclubs.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Wonderful people working there who are extremely helpful. Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Fira. Lovely room which was spotless. Will hopefully get to visit again in the future!

-We had the Queen room, with the white jacuzzi. This is more or less a single-size tub, so it was too small for 2 persons. By the way, maybe other tubs in other Queen rooms are bigger than this. It was disappointing because having a nice jacuzzi was the main reason to chose this room.

The staff are excellent. Nothing is a problem and they're all so friendly and helpful. We booked a sunset cruise and a rental car through the hotel and everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless. Beds are really comfortable. Air conditioner is quiet. Location is good: away from the people madness of central Fira but an easy walk. Great pool and lovely breakfast. Highly recommended. Do go to the industrial tomato musuem when you're here. It's on the south of the island but well worth the trip. Thank you to Sevi at the hotel who was fantastic!!!

It would be nice with some simple food by the pool, the takeaway menus to external food delivery companies weree awful - horrible food and took 2 hours to get it delivered. Not fun with hungry kids. But not the staffs fault, just a service we think would add value for the hotel to offer themselves as their breakfast was great.

Great pool, large and fresh rooms with comfortable beds, safe and amazing breakfast. Friendly staff.

As small notice the tap water and the shower water are salty

The service was very good. The receptionists and the cleaning ladies were very kind and helpful. They helped me to rent a car, book some excursions, and also order food for delivery. The room itself is nice and the balcony as well.

Part of the route from reception/pool area to our suite was on the road which had fast bikes/ cars on.

The staff were so kind, especially the receptionist. She was very friendly with our daughter Jess and made us feel very comfortable and happy there. The room was beautiful and the pool was great, our daughter used it every day. It was surprisingly quiet by the pool, no fighting for sunbeds like on most holidays. We liked being on the edge of town, only a 10/15 min slow walk to the centre but quiet and relaxed at our accommodation.

The staff were lovely and helped us arrange transfers to/from the port and airport. We loved lying by the pool after a day out in town. A short walk into the main part of Fira, kept the accommodation very quiet.
