Everything,the location was perfect,about 15 mins. walk to the old town.About 20 mins.walk to the port (gruz).The apartment was spotless & well maintained throughout.The bed was very comfortable.Dragan was a fantastic host,this was my 2nd.time staying at his apartment. There's lovely patio area,nice to have breakfast or an evening drink watching the sun go down. There are 2 very large flatscreen tv's if you fancy staying in.ps.Dragans barbaque's were brilliant.

It has everything you need and more. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location, not too far from the old town without being too close. A couple of local bars nearby and its own terrace where you can just enjoy the sun. Dragan was very welcoming and helpful with good tips. Also helped me park and get out of the property at the end of my stay!

Dragan was such an incredibly nice host and the apartment was wonderful! He welcomed us with some snacks, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine! He showed us around, gave us information about Dubrovnik and let us know he‘d be there to help, in case we needed anything. The apartment was not far from the old town and had everything we needed (including two very cute cats, which came to visit us in the evening outside the house). Would happily stay here again and can completely understand the wonderful reviews! Thanks for everything! Hvala lijepa!

Nothing ... except maybe entering the private parking: car bigger than a VW golf might be hard to enter the premises. The gate is quite narrow.

Spacious apartment with multiple rooms. Sparkling clean. 10-15 minutes walk from the city center The host/owner is super friendly and has welcomed me with fresh & dry fruits, bottle of wine & water. There is a terrasse and a garden, and there is a table (in the shade) to eat outside

We were welcomed by our host who was great in providing directions to his apartment & helping us get settled. We appreciated the parking on site which is a huge bonus in Dubrovinik. The apartment was wonderful! Our host gave us a quick tour & provided us with fresh fruit, nuts & wine. He also shared his knowledge about the area & gave us great directions/tips.

Very authentic apartment in a great location, just 15 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town and 20 minutes from one of the most unusual beaches in town. Two supermarkets in the area. Dragan was extremely helpful, greeted us with complimentary fruits and juice and always at hand to help. Two huge Smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom. Free parking is a big bonus as parking in Dubrovnik is a nightmare. Friendly cat visited us every evening to share in our meal in the garden. Would surely stay there again.

The apartment is situated in a quiet street away from the traffic.It is about 15 mins.walk to the old town & about 20 mins.walk in the opposite direction towards the port area where there are some bars,café's & restaurants also.there are several small shops nearby also & a large konsum supermarket. The appartment is very nice throughout & very clean also.There is a lovely patio area just in front of the property,it was quiet nice sitting there in the morning or the evening with a nice drink. Dragan is a wonderful host,upon arival there was a bottle of chilled wine & a bowl of fresh fruit very wellcome after a days travelling.He was always about & asked us if we needed anything & even gave us a tour around Dubrovnik & would'nt take any payment.He is a lovely guy. I would highly reccomend this property & would stay there again if I visit Dubrovnik.Thank you Dragan.

Large and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Very clean and great attention to detail. Nice private parking in the inner yard, next to a spacious garden. And Mr Dragan was amazing - very friendly and helpful!

Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back to Dubrovnik and hopefully we will be able to book this apartment once again.

This was the perfect accommodation for a few days in Dubrovnik. Walking distance from the old city, walking distance from the beach, very close to a supermarket, a very nice outdoor space, an apartment with all the facilities we needed, a parking (this is huge in the area), and Dragan, ready to answer all our questions and help us with anything.
