This hotel has a great location. We were able to take a break from sightseeing and go back up to our room for a little rest. It is right in the middle of Split. We had a little balcony in our room that overlooked an interesting courtyard, including the Temple of Jupiter. Comfortable and spacious room. There was a cappucinno machine on the roof top area that we enjoyed every morning. The roof top areas are wonderful places to sit and look out over the rooftops of Split. Very comfortable. The managers are helpful with recommendations and general information.

Very nice hotel room in very good location in Split. Property had a terrace area for everyone to use and enjoyed sitting there. Kitchen off terrace. Nice place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Host was very friendly and helpful. Helped us carry our luggage all the way out of the walled city.

The apartment is up three flights of stairs, which didn't bother us, but people with mobility issues should be aware of it, I think, and there is no lift.

The apartment is right in the heart of Diocletian's Palace, just yards from the stunning Roman peristile courtyard. It has a communal loggia with shared kitchen complete with an excellent complimentary coffee machine, as well as a roof terrace with fabulous views across the city. Ivan and the other staff are as courteous, friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. We loved the place and would happily return. The cathedral bells are hilariously loud and insistent that you get up and enjoy your holiday, which some would see as a negative, but we didnt; its part of being in the centre of things.

The location was perfect! ( Make sure you know you can not drive to property you need to walk to site) the room was so clean and comy, Ante was SOOO helpful and accommodating , the roof top was awesome and enjoyed coffee in the am, we had a wonderful stay!!

Everything was wonderful, staff amazing, special thanks to Iva,Ante and Ivan for all their help. Terrace outstanding, kitchen facilities the best we have ever seen and we have travelled round Europe often. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher available and filled up for you. What a gem of a find right in the centre of the old town of Split, views from the terrace outstanding. Thanks also to Ante for lugging our heavy cases up to the top floor for us and down again and when we were leaving, lugging our case through the street avoiding the steps to the promenade beside the marina near the bus station. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, the owner has chosen his staff wisely. Also Iva did a washing for us and ironed it! Tip them well they deserve it.

Really nice hotel with great rooms and hotel area is amazing. Cool roof top with an 360° view! The straff was really helpful and kind! We were 14 friends staying here and everyone had a great time! Would recommend☺️

TO BEGIN we were met from the Ferry by ANTE, one of the receptionists, who caried our bags to the property and up to the third floor, which considering it was 35c helped a lot. The room was spacious, Air conditioning good, and a small balcony. On the next floor up was a covered terrace with all cooking facilities, coffee machine and normal Kitchen furniture, then above this an open roof top terrace. The proerty is in the middle of the Diocletians Palace, 50 metres from the Peristyle and surrounded by good class restaurants.

Perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Extremely comfortable apartment. Staff were also amazing. The receptionist Ivan went above and beyond to help us locate our delayed baggage of 3 days from the airline. He assisted us by being the point of contact and also walked down with us to a meeting point outside of the old town to collect the luggage!!! Forever grateful!!

Excellent location, fabulous terrace and super accommodating hosts Ivan and Ante. Banica Apartment and Rooms is a hidden gem nestled in a charming neighbourhood. I recently had the pleasure of staying there, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location of Banica Apartment and Rooms in the middle of old Split, within Dicoletian's palace walls, just around the corner of St.Domnius (Sv.Duje) cathedral.

Location literally cannot get any better, around the corner from the palace! The staff (thank you Ivan!!! You are the best!!!) Is super helpful, welcoming, and will help you with anything you need! Plus the rooftop terrace is irreplaceable 😍😍😍 thank you!! I will be back!!

so much to like about these apartments! we had two rooms - no to were very comfortable and clean. staff were amazing! Added bonus is the terrace and kitchen area - and the roof top! best views in Split from within the Palace walls. highly highly recommend!!

There are 3 floors of stairs, but it’s worth it!

The rooms/apartments are in the heart of the old town. The staff meet you at the edge of the old town (no vehicles allowed) and will help with luggage. We have stayed here before and cannot recommend enough. The communal kitchen and terrace are the best thing about this place. They provide a quiet space away from the bustle of Split. Our room was very comfortable and had lots of space and a small kitchen.

Not necessarily related to the apartment: the trash bin of the building is just by the entrance and you're greeted by a trash bin all the time. Sometimes, a smelly greeting :D. You can hear noise through the thin door. Nice to have: - Full length mirror - Small shelf in the shower to put my shampoo and stuff

The location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace has a nice view, and a public kitchen equipped with coffee. We had a coffee on the terrace each morning.

The apartment is so close to the central campanile that the noise of the bells were very strong. This woke us every morning at 6.30am which was not ideal.There was also some strret noise from revellers in the evening and street cleaners in the morning.

The location is very central in the Palace in Split so near to all amenities. There is a fabulous roof terrace with kitchenette. Great for relaxing and lovely views. Ivan and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
