10/10, would recommend! Location is perfect, apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Vanja is an amazing host and couldn’t be more helpful! The small touches she has left in the apartment e.g. shower soaps, etc make such a difference to avoid unnecessary shopping for a short stay. Vanja’s travel guide is also so helpful in giving you a feel for Dubrovnik before you set out on your travels! 😁

Fantastic location, very close to the old town. Spacious, clean apartment and keeps cool in the heat. We made use of the terrace and enjoyed some lovely breakfast out there. Vanja is one of the best hosts we have ever had! Very responsive, kind and even gave us some tiramisu. Can definitely recommend.

The apartment was wonderful with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, shower powerful and the terrace & garden were lovely. So peaceful to sit and look out to the sea and city walls. It took about 7 mins down to old town and 15 mins up. But what made our trip were the hosts Vanja and Harris who were very informative, friendly and kind, could not ask for more and highly recommend.

Everything was amazing and we had a really great time... Apartment is really nice, comfortable and the terrace with beautiful view is really great addition to it. Location of the apartment is also great, just few steps away from old town and approx. 15 minutes from Banje beach. Host Vanja is super nice and helpful.

Vanja was our host and from day one she was energetic and caring to ensure our stay would be brilliant. She helped with answering any questions we had about travelling around Dubrovnik and really friendly. She was great with communication from when we landed to ensure we were able to get to the apartment. The apartment was great, and there is a small outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Vanja also said that we can use the lawn and tables in their sun trapped garden with great views over the fort and the sea. The apartment has everything you need and all the essentials, including toiletries linen, and cooking utensils. Location was great and less than a 7 minute walk to the old town Pile gate. There is also a supermarket and bakery due a few minutes walking distance.

There is excellent A/C in the property and there are full modern blackout blinds installed. However, this is in the living room and not the bedroom, so we just left the doors open and it was fine for us.

Wonderful host, met us at the property despite it being late and gave us a full tour, answered questions and gave us tips. Also allowed us to check out a little later whilst we awaited a transfer. The place itself is comfortable and had all all the essential equipment in the kitchen too, which was helpful. Nice to have so much space as a lot of the old city properties were very small. Good location if you want to be out of the old city and quiet area with a supermarket and bakery close by, though obviously as it's outside the old city, all accommodation is up the hill and it's a fair walk. However, if you're worried about steps, Dubrovnik is not the place for you! Recommended!

The host family were very welcoming, friendly and provided great information. Lovely hosts, always available if needed and not intrusive. The apartment is within a lovely heritage house ideally located for walking to Dubrovnik Old Town and all major bus routes.

As Dubrovnik is full of steps be prepared to be challenged, you'll feel great for doing it.! If not up for the challenge use an Uber as cheaper so download the app. If using a Taxi set a price before journey !!!!

Vanja & Harris are exceptionally friendly welcoming hosts. Made our check in a pleasure & gave us good info. The location is great & the gardens & views are outstanding. We were wowed!

Vanja and Haris are very warm and friendly. They are helpful in every situation. The apartment is very clean and looks like in the photos on Booking.com. There is no good coffee machine, only a drip coffee machine. The bathroom is clean, there is a washing machine. A nice patio where you can have breakfast overlooking the sea and the walls of the Old Town. 6 minutes to the Old Town. Even closer to a grocery store and bakery. Close to the Srd funicular station. The only problem is the stairs. You have to overcome about 260 of them in one direction! This should be taken into account, because the road to the Old Town without stairs is longer and obviously not flat 😉. The welcome and farewell by the hosts was wonderful. After leaving the apartment, you can leave your luggage in the care of the hosts. The stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

A comfortable and well located apartment. Lovely terrace to sit out at breakfast and in the evening. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Host Vanya was outstanding. She was so helpful and was even waiting with a couple of cold beers when we arrived at 10pm. Could not recommend more.

We loved our stay in Dubrovnik and Vanja was so kind and helpful on arrival. She was lovely and gave us great recommendations. The apartment itself was lovely for us and so close to the Old Town. The terrace was lovely and the garden overlooking the city was free for us to use also. We even met their lovely pet tortoise who lives in the garden.

Everything was perfect. I can't write anything bad about it.

The best thing about this accommodation is the hostess. She was absolutely lovely and you can tell she really loves having travellers. She even offered us a welcome drink and some cake during the stay she made for her son's birthday. It was so clean and very quiet. Less than 5 minutes to the centre and yet in a little world of its own. The terrace was lovely and you have views of the sea.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say, everything was excellent.

Vanja and her family are very good hosts. She makes the place feel like home, she’s very attentive and servicial to the hosts and she even made us nutella crepes! The apartment is very nice, cozy, and comfortable to be in. The location is excellent as it is 5-10 minute walking to the Old Town and it has mini markets nearby. If you want to stay in Dubrovnik, I really recommend to stay with Vanja in these apartments. Dubrovnik is beautiful!

This place was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at, and it's all thanks to the wonderful host Vanja! She's the nicest, funniest and most generous person ever I've ever met. She's passionate about hosting, and it shows! She was very attentive to our every need, she had great tips and suggestions... and she even offered us some delicious tiramisu she had made herself! She truly was the best. We didn't talk as much with her husband, but he was also super nice and funny, the both of them together made us laugh so much. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the terrace and garden were a perfect place to relax in between outings in town. To sum up: we felt at home and didn't want to leave!!!

The owner is very attentive and helped us out with everything we needed. I highly recommend people to stay at this building. The owner is Croatian, but speaks English and Spanish. Everything you and your family will need you will do on foot, such as old town, supermarket, lots of restaurants, cable car and some beaches too.
