Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesTraveled for spring break with my sister and had the best time ever. The hotel was honestly one of the best parts of the trip! We arrived around midnight after a late flight and the management was there ready to help us with luggage and get settled in. We slept in the next day after the late night, & were surprised by the sweetest lady bringing us coffee, omelets, crepes, and more! Breakfast is a must!!! So good! Antonio was the best, he gave us the best introduction to the hotel and city, recommending great activities and sites! He even made sure we had lunch and snacks for our travel back home. This was a dream stay, thank you royal suites❤️

Wow! The staff made it exceptional! Antonio and his boss spent so much time with us and made excellent suggestions on restaurants and even helped us with directions on our next travels. The lady that made us breakfast was so nice and makes excellent food. The crepes are delicious. Our room had a balcony (we got lucky!) and the mattress was comfortable. The location is close to Diocletians Palace and the marina (ferries to other islands). There are restaurants and a laundry mat on the street too. All in all, it was an A+ property.

Very comfortable and clean apartment within short walking distance to the city of Split. Warm welcome by the hosts and very service minded. Would definitely recommend and come back to visit again. Good breakfast with fresh omelet or something else you can choose from.
