It was a long commute from our other hotel in Budapest to arrive at the hotel, but it was right near the airport which accommodated our early-morning flight.

The property was excellent! The room was comfortable and spacious. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was outstanding! They even had an early breakfast for us to accommodate our early-morning flight home.

I did not like the smell in the room, most likely from the shower drain. Air conditioning was put on too late and it did not cool the room properly.

Had to pay extra for a bottle of water, it would be just nice to have one free a welcome gift in the room and there is no kettle for tea or coffee etc. either, or we have not explored it.

We like everything from the airport shuttle ride to the check out it, wonderful stay. Nice and clean room, lovely toiletries, rope and towels for wellness, which is fantastic. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is excellent. Good WiFi. Overall best stay when your flight arrives late and you just want to have a nice quick taxi to your room with a very good morning in the hotel.

The only point I have to mention, which did not affect my excellent stay, was that the mini-fridge was not working. However, we were provided with an ice bucket for our drinks. As I said, this didn't diminish my stay at all. Rating: 10/10.

I don't even know where to begin because I had one of the best stays ever! I chose this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport, and I don't regret it at all! Besides being just 10 minutes by car from the airport, the hotel is located in a serene and calm area that feels like stepping into another world! Talking about the hotel itself, I had a wonderful stay. The room was the size I wanted and was clean and tidy. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, were very polite and friendly. The internet signal worked properly. The hotel also has an appealing outdoor area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. The even more positive aspects were the amazing breakfast, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the transfer service offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, with a very friendly and helpful driver. It was truly an excellent experience, and my only regret is that it didn't last longer!

The electricity is the room was out of order., and there was a note in the room saying so. The receptionist didn't believe me. I had to go down to reception 4 times because the electricity went off and I was in a dark room again and again. So I unpacked Iand had to pack again and move heavy suitcases to another room in the middle of the night.They wanted to give me another room at the other end of the hotel. I am not a young lady so I refused. In the end I got a nice room nearby. No coffee or tea making in the room.

The hote, the garden with the pond and the spa were superb. A beautiful hotel and swimming pool. Beautiful rooms, a very nice early breakfast and the shuttle to the airport was very conviniant.

The pond in the garden is dirty, pls clean it so it will be perfect. 25km, too far away from the city center.

2nd time check in here. Very nice hotel, with beautiful garden and nice inhouse swimming pool. Very good breakfast and near the hotel, and free taxi from airport to hotel, and hotel to airport is also free, very convinient for customer.

I was travelling alone with my 3 kids, so I loved the airport shuttle service as we had a short overnight stay before our flight the next day. We paid a bit extra, but it was more than worth it for the shuttle service and the excellent breakfast. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am at the hotel. The reception were kind and welcoming, and I booked our shuttle for the airport for the next afternoon. 4 of us shared a good-sized room, which was lovely and quiet. We could see that the hotel had a great sized pool, which we would definitely utilise had we had a longer layover. The next morning, the kids ate until they were fit to burst. It was a small but plentiful breakfast made to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. When I asked what time we needed to check out, the receptionist told me there was no rush and whatever time suited!

The only thing I have for improvement is a recurring problem with room card. Second time I come and the card doesn't work. Of course, the problem is negligible and solved after returning to reception.

Loved the big pool, saunas and the breakfast! Staff was very friendly, everything in the room was nice and cosy. We came with the car, left it on the nearby train station, took the (very comfortable) train ti the main station and in about half an hour were in the Budapest centre sightseeing and enjoying ourselves. This was followed by the evening in the spa, great experience!
