The rooms are clean but very tired and old decor. Our first room, the air conditioner in the bedroom was really noicey, they moved us to another room, but then they had water issues and there was no water in the apartment for quite a few hours. So no toilet flushing, showers, ect. I think if they spend some money on the rooms to update and bring the resort back to its former glory, it would be amazing.

The staff, location, and pool area were amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Non availability of Indian vegetarian food . Requested manager to put atleast 6../8..Indian vegetarian options on menu & let kitchen staff prepare atleast 4-/5 food items of vegitarian food when Indian guests arrive...for next day breakfast.it will attract more indian VEGITARIAN tourist to this beautiful coastal line of BALI.

Location Beachfront for some rooms..Mr.GUSTI, KOMENG, MADE, miss.KADEG from restaurant were excellent.

The guy that ran up to my adult kids at 2200hrs and told them not to smoke in the pool even though they using an ashtray. No one else near . Other ppl had glass at poolside!!

3 bdrm Villa needs a queen size bed…

Overlooking the ocean, restaurant had reasonable prices, pool towels supplied. Adequate toiletries. Happy hour was great! Staff were exceptional special shout out to Yoyo and Lulu and all of Bali Palms Resort staff you made our stay memorable. Live band on Tuesday and Fridays made for a great evening.

The restaurant is ok, but pretty ordinary really. Breakfast is included but there are very few options, and only Bali Coffee or tea. My biggest annoyance was the aircon light that was very very bright at night! It was like sleeping with a night light.

This is a wonderful location by the sea with a nice swimming pool. My studio faced the sea, and the view was lovely. This is a 3/4 star hotel & residence, and the bathroom and kitchen are basic but well appointed.

We were lucky enough to be there to see the band on a Friday night play at the pool area but had we known we probably would have asked for a room away from the music as we had intended an early night and it was quiet loud. Just an FYI.

This was a great resort with lovely staff! Although the buildings are old the rooms and grounds and pool are very well maintained and clean. We loved our room, the mattress and pillows all felt new and it was very large. The location is great and you can walk to many little food areas or travel to scenic spots within the area.

Stairs a little too steep for my liking. Very little grassed area. All concrete which retained the heat

Although the building is weathered and looks run down, they are doing alot of maintenance work and everything inside is well kept.

The pool was beautiful, my children swam all the spare time we had. The room was clean, tidy and a great size for our family of 5. Staff we so lovely, helpful and worked hard to provide anything we requested. The in-hotel spa was amazing, lovely ladies working there. In-hotel restaurant was very good, lovely meals and drinks. Location in Candidasa, was very relaxed and quiet.

The breakfast included was definitely worth it and the location by the beach with the shuttle option to the other resort was a great bonus. Our room needed some repairs however this didnt stop us from enjoying our stay. This is such a lovely part of Bali and we enjoyed our time here

The beach is not appealing, but they have good swimming pool.

Breakfast is okay but not much choice. They serve bacon but no substitute for those who are not pork lovers.

Room were slightly dated. The menu in the room was not the same as the menu on offer. Breakfast was lovely but needs to be more clear as to what is included as it changed each day. No toilet paper on arrival in the room.

We liked that the resort was central in Candidasa and close to the beautiful ocean and not far to the attractions. The pool was great. It was clean and refreshing. Staff were excellent and very friendly.The happy hour was great. We enjoyed the cocktails. The band was absolutely fantastic. Was the highlight of our stay.
