We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyOne of us got stuck in the lift which broke down that evening. It took some time to get out. There were a lot of insects (looked like moths) in the room which was disturbing. The furniture was/is somehow rund down.
The room was relatively big. The facilities were ok. The a/c and wifi worked, the bathroom was fine. The place where we had breakfast was lovely - close to the sea. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we did not use the swimming pool as we were too busy with sightseeing. It looked lovely. The staff at the reception was friendly.

AustraliaThere is many cats and coming up while your eating food meowing at you for hand outs Vender sellers sitting on brick just near beach in front of hotel waiting for people to step off property to sell them something. I k ow this is not a biggy but would be nice not to be asked every time someone wants to go for a walk along foreshore
The loverly gardens I was upgraded when arrived and was very happy with room I used spa service while there and also happy with this I would stay here again.
