The breakfast. Had hoped on more local food and more fruit.

The staff and placement in town. Silent from traffic when you came into the hotelarea after check-in.

The rooms are quite spacious. The best feature of this hotel is its perfect location. You can find really good food on Jalan Hanuman and its a three minute walk to the YogaBarn.

-room decor was a little dated -aircon was making roof drip after having it on constantly for 2 days, but okay if turning it off to rest in between -the lighting is not great in the room -thought a proper chair and desk would be more useful then a dressing table as a lot of people work remotely these days -wifi was pretty stable but sometimes had to hot spot

Staff were friendly, pool was beautiful, the hotel vibe was relaxing, the room was huge and I liked that the room had a fridge. I really like the location being close to monkey forest, yoga barn and lots of good nearby dining options. Its around 20min walk to the centre which was fine for us but could be challenging if less mobile.

My room was in the second floor and I could hear everything from the room downstairs. Like my neighbours were watching TV at night and I couldn’t sleep without air plugs. Sometimes there were not enough sun beds. The beach towels the are using for the pool were very old with holes. Food at the restaurant without many healthy options. Horrible coffee. The bathroom was big, but uncomfortable,

Central location, Yoga Barn a few minutes walking, lots of good restaurants nearby. Very beautiful green territory.

Nice resort with a good location. Monkey forest is walking distance, a lot of restaurants and spas around. Ubud palace and ubud market are 20 30 min walking. Nice pool.

    - Have to ask for the additional fan as Aircon is too small for the upper floor

    - Great location, almost everything is at walkable distance - Excellent staff. Staff was too humble. They tried their best to fix the issue we faced.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. A lot of the warm foods were cold on the buffet - it would be nice to have warmer Mie Goreng, sausages and bacon (perhaps heated bain-marie’s). Also, nicely provided shampoo, conditioner and bathsoap - could use some hand wash or bar of soap in bathroom :-)

Loved the surroundings- lush and green. Very friendly staff.

Open bathroom in the middle of the jungle is not such a good idea for mosquitoes. Not so much daylight in the room. The curtains don't block the light in case you want to sleep good after sunrise. Some little not important things were broken, such as a lamp, and the air conditioner poured water once. A chair to sit in front of the desk more comfortably would have been good

Friendliness of staff Size and cleanliness of the room Confortable bed Good breakfast I could extend one day my stay

The property is a little dated and the rooms were very basic. Breakfast was included but pretty basic. This hotel would be good as a place to sleep if you wanted to spend the rest of your time out and about enjoying Ubud

Excellent location - in the heart of Ubud but set back from the busy street making it very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings, gardens, trees and grass areas to relax in. The room was a good size with plenty of space for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were large but the furniture was sparse and laid out poorly. If this was better - lounges coffee table, desk etc, would have really capped off the stay.

Great location in heart of Ubud but set back off the street so it is calm and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pool. Staff were lovely.

The pool is smaller than in the photos. We checked in at 14 O'clock and the sunbeds beside the pool were fully occupied, so we weren't able to spend our time beside the pool.

The Staffs are very friendly but the hotel room is old. The outdoor shower was kind of broken. The bathtub was old and didn't look clean. The bed was big the comfortable.

The prices at the SPA (ie. massages) were exorbitant, walk out the front door and there are many more reasonably priced Spa salons to choose from. Main road outside is very busy and chaotic.

Well priced hotel in central Ubud location. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Palace and temples in walking distance (though very hot weather when we visited!). Lovely pool area. Great bakery just outside the hotel that do a good coffee, baked goods and toasties that are well priced. Rooms were spacious. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained.
