Cleanliness could have been slightly improved

Such a great location! Really central, beach is only down the street. I stayed here my first night after I arrived and it was a really peaceful location, perfect to adjust to the jet lag. The place is tiny and off a main road but really lovely and feels almost like a home stay.

Shower needs a makeover (handle).

Great place with beautiful frangipani garden&pool. Very quiet at night! Great option to order food from the kitchen! Very nice&helpful staff! 🙏

Limited breakfast options

It was a beautiful villa with a great pool! Rooms were being renovated whilst we were there freshening them up. Comfy bed, great working AC and the breakfast was limited but good idea eating in the cafe out the front! Great location that is walking distance to all the shops. Staff were lovely will definitely come back :))

Very noisy at night, the doors are not very isolating. Laundry service way to overpriced!

Small Hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Water dispenser avaliable to refill bottle. Option to chill at the pool.

We booked our trip to Gili Islands and the stuff didn’t book the right boat when we were very clear what time we wanted to leave. Very disappointed with that service.

Beds are a bit hard

Such a great place, staff are super friendly and helpful. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Koi Fish are so entertaining and fun to feed.

They were many many mosquitoes in our room and we had to sleep with repellent on as they was no mosquito net. The sealing was also very noticeably molding.

The staff was really nice and they created you with a fresh juice which was really nice. The location was great close to the beach and really good restaurants within walking distance.

No hooks in the room to hang things up like in the shower and our room. Please apply some. Loud neighbours dogs and scooters/cars can be easily heard from our bedroom. The coupon we get for the cafe of the daun is very limited. Please add more variety/options to it. Seems very basic/plain. Walking upstairs to rooms 5 and 6 is smelly and not ideal underneath the stairs. Everything is slammed/hidden/broken under there.

When you walk in the fish are bloody wicked as. We stayed in room 6. The staff were 10/10 great and enjoyable. The location was great. The food was good at the cafe. The property was very lovely.

So bad smell from toilet and toilet shower. Shampoo holder almost fell down in the bathroom. The curtain by the main door was moldy. On all towels were stains. Our bed sheets had holes. Cleaning was not sufficient. Around the pool was so much mess, hair, piece of glass.

I totally loved the Caffee/restaurant! The staff there is amazing! We spent there so much time. The location of the villa is great, 10 min to the beach.

Pool looked cloudy. No hot showers for the two nights I stayed. Smell of sewage from the toilet in Room 3.

the only thing to improve it would be some toiletries in the bathroom, but for the price this was brilliant value for money.

The room was lovely and clean, hot shower, aircon. The pool was great and the outside area well kept. Breakfast at the cafe in front was fantastic and all the staff were absolutely wonderful- so helpful and very friendly.
