Not knowing that shoes are needed to go into the sea on the beach due to rocks etc.

Breakfast resturant Staff is very unwelcoming. I believe they treat you based on your nationality. As soon as they see a white man walking in they are smiling and running behind them. But even if we are sitting and spending hundreds of dollars on the food, they will give you cold treatment If you tell them for making food which is on live counter(like omelette) they are unresponsive-like they dont even look at you ( BTW there was not more than 2 customers at the counter) If you greet the restaurant staff with good morning or ask them how are you - they are unresponsive or very cold response.

Location is excellent. Very big property. Hotel rooms (we stayed in beachfront rooms)are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is good. Room service is quick and efficient. Italian restaurant food is very good. They understood the special modifications in dishes based on dietary requirements. Will definitely visit again.

Not enough sun beds around both pools, pool bar in aqua was not open. We traveled with an elderly woman and it was completely unsuitable, we had not been informed of availability of buggy to help her transport. An information booklet in the room would be helpful!

Both of the pools were beautiful, breakfast was amazing, views from our place were incredible and rooms were spacious.

The sustainability portion can be improved, plastic straws are definitely to ban.

Food selection is limited and Kids club is under renovation which is a pity as we selected the resort because of the kids club

There’s an area of one of the pools that is folled woth dry leaves. In fairness, the maintenance guys cleaned on our last day. Talk about timing 😂. The buffet is okay, but it would be nice if there are other choices.

We informed the reception ahead to packed our breakfast as we are leaving early in the morning and book a cab for us. Our departure came and no food was prepared. We joined the Iftar but was assigned towards the end of the venue considering we are a paying guests.

The property was impressive, I like the location and rooms.

Price of the rooms should be a little lower to attract more tourists as there are now so many resorts/hotels in Batam/Bintan these days.

Room was spacious enough for 2. the lock at room 101 (Titra wings) looked like it almost fallen off so i needs to be fixed. Also, the shower handle in the toilet does not hold on properly so water keep splashing out of the bathroom when you shower.

Requested specifically for King size bed as we have a baby but we’re only given 2 queen beds which couldn’t be attached. Wasn’t informed of the non availability of the king bed prior to check in. Requested for an additional bed which was lower. But had to manage with what we had.

The breakfast choices could be better. Food menu remains the same, so if one is staying for more than 2 days, the choices are limited. Perhaps, the menu could be changed every alternate days?

The location of the resort is fantastic. Booked a beachfront facing room and loved it.
