Washer and dryer were terribly loud and didn’t work well. Water heater was very noisy. Bathrooms need updating. Lighting in bedrooms was very poor. Carpet needs replacing.

Spacious apartment next to the hotel. Able to use all of the hotel facilities and staff. Good location close to the city center but far enough away to be quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pillow choice poor. Too thick no one liked them. no feather or thiner option in apartment. Small oil spray for cooking would be good idea.

The hotel felt quite corporate, we came during a conference but it would have been nice to have entertainment that was earlier and suitable for children..traditional Irish. No inflatable slide..we were told it’s not holidays any more.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 children. We loved the apartment it was super comfortable and very clean, well equipped and quiet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved how on my daughter’s birthday she found a little Gleneagle teddy, a bag of sweets and a lovely tray of treats and cakes, she was thrilled. Thanks so much

The tv wouldn’t connect to phone or Netflix and the washer needs updating. The restaurant food was not good though.

We had a lovely self catering apartment. Spacious and had everything you could need at a great price. I would happily recommend to everyone and will definitely come back. The staff are super helpful and it’s very close to the national park and only a 20 min walk into town.

Shower in bathroom of bedroom. Pool and facilities there were pretty outdated and l didn't like fact that we had to buy hats for swimmingpool (l live them in apartment after)

Nice apartment with everything you need in one. Really spacious. Great location for exploaring National park, espacially by bike. For Killarney city, you need to use car or their shuttle bus (2 € per person per way)

The fire alarm early on our first morning. Someone was cooking. The dryer never dries anything.

Location was in a quiet area. The apartment was spacious. There were grocery supplies for coffee, cereal and brown bread for the morning.

I like the location , the facilities , the apartment where we stayed is very spacious , clean and comfortable. The food in the hotel was so good, the staff are very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay specially my kids they loved the swimming pool, highly recommended this place.

No hot water in the apartment. One electric shower saved the day but it was fiddly to get it not to scald you … Shower curtains not the best solution - would prefer shower door.

Great little welcome pack with milk, muffins and cereal etc. Apartment is spacious with two bathrooms which was a godsend with teens.

AT BREAKFAST RASHERS WERE RESTING ON BREAD SLICES IN A BANBURY-THIS MEANT ANYONE WITH A GLUTEN INTOLERANCE COULD NOT EAT THEM

HOTEL VERY BUSY -A BARBERSHOP CONVENTION/COMPETTION WAS TAKING PLACE-LOADS OF SINGING AND PEOPLE IN GREAT FORM- FORGOT AN ITEM IN OUR APARTMENT AFTER CHECKING OUT BUT IT WAS NO BOTHER TO MARIE WHO BROUGHT US BACK TO THE APT TO RETRIEVE THE ITEM . VERY GRATEFUL
