We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomOver the years the property’s infrastructure quality has decreased. Rooms look tired, common areas and bathrooms need a face lift. Refrigerator was old and not working. It was replaced by the staff, however it still wasn’t working.
I have been a regular at this property for over 15 years. (2-3 times a year) This is a flagship property in Velankanni.
