We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaMore could have been done with the pool--no cushions on chairs, etc.; breakfast had great variety, but was not served on time and hot items were a bit cold; fitness center had very few working machines.
A very nice hotel in the heart of Trivandrum. Easy to get to train station, museums, etc. Staff was helpful and rooms were comfortable.

United KingdomThe old baths used for plants at the roof pool are an eyesore. I would get rid of them! The bar might be a little intimidating for women as it’s populated solely by businessmen.
It’s a well run, well appointed modern hotel. Good sized comfortable rooms. Good restaurant with great buffet. Nice pool on the roof.

The location in the main part of town in a quiet street yet very near to the main tourist attractions along with the facilities ie bar, rooftop swimming pool were excellent.

IrelandWe kept sweets in the fridge because it was very hot, and the some one ,opened the box and ate 3 or 4sweets. The sweets were for gifting, which was packed.

JapanThe 7th restaurant service and food isn’t what it used to be. I entertained local Trivandrum guests two nights at the restaurant during my weeklong stay. They had also been there on several occasions and we all agreed the restaurant has gone somewhat downhill in service and menu. Some common items were not available (chicken burgers, white wine, etc). I think the restaurant and the hotel in general needs a bit of an upgrade - newer towels, an increased focus on service, and a little more zip to show customers that you’re trying even though the hotel is aging.
I’ve stayed here eight times since 2007. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Getting a bit old but I still like it overall.
