Superb position for visiting Centro Storico and neighbouring areas. Clean, large room. Adequate breakfast. Excellent base for a Naples City break !

Amazing staff who gave great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Also the breakfast was lovely! The location was perfect, very happy to have stayed in the old town and to be such good proximity to the station and the coast

No coffee/tea available at hotel except at breakfast. This area of the neighborhood seemed a bit shabby and dirty. Small plaza just in front of the hotel had pigeons and some garbage.

Very clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good breakfast included, near to shops and restaurants in historic area if the city, near to subway.

Our had no view but it did not matter to us as we were there only for one night.

Internet was really bad. Even you have good signal in the room all the time, connection is not stable. Communication stops at all devices for 1 minute in every 10 minutes. It was disturbing. And cell phone signal is also week in the location. So you just get disconnected and wait for a while.

Location is great. Every touristic spot is just couple of minutes away. Very clean room. Nice staff.

No tea / coffee facilities and no complimentary water provided in the rooms. A small bottle of water was 2 Euro

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and tidy and ready upon our arrival. Breakfast was good with a good choice of hot and cold choices.

The room was very hot so we tried to use the aircon to cool it down but it did not work so we complained but were told to just open a window. This was an issue because of the location which is pretty noisy. I think for the cost of the hotel the aircon should have been available. If it was broken then we should have been offered a discount.

Lovely great big room, really well decorated and great facilities. The location, close to the Centro Storico main sites was also good. Breakfast was delicious too.

Could increase the number of sockets in the rooms, especially close to the beds and could add a “don’t disturb/don’t need to clean the room” sign to be attached to the doorknob. Not things I didn’t like though, just suggestions. It was a lovely stay!

Incredibly well-located, really helpful and quick staff, super clean, comfortable, felt safe, good wifi, big room, amazing breakfast (def recommend, I loved it) and would absolutely stay there again!

Breakfast is a little poor in veggies and fruit.

As a person travelling alone during festivities it was very important to find a nice and safe environment.

Palazzo Decumani is in the most fantastic location. The staff are wonderful. The room is very clean. The bed was very comfortable but the room was a little crowded with chests of drawers! Rather than being a hotel, I would describe the Palazzo Decumani as a large B&B with pleasant bedrooms and a breakfast room. The Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food, good coffee and good tea. This is a great place to stay to explore Naples.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. It had a nice balcony. The only downside was that the twin beds were a little soft and uneven.

The breakfast was was plentiful and a nice assortment of foods and coffee/tea. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and efficient.

This hotel is very central to the shopping and restaurants. It is not on a quiet street but you do not hear a lot of noice in the room. The bath and shower worked very well. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices to start your day. The service was very good.

The lobby, common areas and dining room are small and dark. Windows don’t let in much light due to surrounding buildings. The temperature settings for the air conditioner in the room is actually controlled by a computer at the front desk, or so we think. When we asked to have our ac serviced because the temp wouldn’t lower past 24 Celsius, the front desk guy started typing on the computer and asked what temperature we wanted to lower it to. I replied 19-20 Celsius. He said ok done. We were hopeful, but the room never felt cooler. Thermostat was 23 the rest of our stay. Never got down to 20!

Proximity to the historic center of Naples is a plus! We walked everywhere! Rooms are spacious. Loved having a sofa to recline on. There’s a smart tv to stream apps.

No kettle in room! Love my cuppa. So I had to get reception to get me or water each day! Wasn’t a major problem but annoying.

The location was perfect. Around corner from main streets which was full of shops & cafes! Also a supermarket near.

Tons of public garbage

The spacious room and staff were great. Very good breakfast. Location of hotel is challenging. Even though it's directly in the middle of the historic center, being too near to too many people too much of the time can prove stressful. Glad to say I've visited Naples.
