Heating was a bit temperamental but that was minor really.

Amazing location, right next to Rialto Bridge and walking distance to most places. The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a few doors down (outside of the hotel itself) but meant that the bedroom was extra large and came with a kitchen and living room - the phone was still connected to the hotel and wifi details were the same so that was also good. Bedroom had a huge TV which was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but adequate and had a great view.

The location of the hotel is next to Rialto Bridge with lots of nice restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The room was clean and big enough to make you feel comfortable. Please be aware of the fact that the majority of the rooms do not have view to the Grand Canal but to the right side of the building. The breakfast is just enough to give you a good start in the day, nothing fancy - I would classify it as average. What makes it a lot better is the lovely view that you have from the restaurant to the Grand Canal.

I knew about the stairs but still surprise me. Lil bit tired for some people who has problem with the knee.

The breakfast was nice but I think it can be worked on a little more. The stairs got us exhausted, especially when we are traveling with a toddler.

A very nice hotel in a great location, and its looks into Venice main water channel and its most famous bridge. The staff was so nice and respectful, and they were so kind to give us a room upgrade for our stay.

Epic Grand Canal view from the Junior Suites, definitely a highlight, could've just watched that view all day. And the breakfast was superb. Friendly staff at a truly historic location. I will be back.

It would be a great experience if the hotel has a lift as we are staying on the 5th floor, but nevertheless the view is amazing from our room! Mosquitoes are also present as it's is close to the waters, insect repellant is a must especially for kids.

The location is superb as you can see the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on your window.

Watch out! It is on the 3rd/4th floor and there is no lift, but worth it if you can travel light and stay fit!

Charming little hotel, right by the Rialto bridge, ideally situated for restaurants, shops and the whole Venice experience. The breakfast room has delightful views of the Grand Canal and the mesmerising movement of boats going about their business!

Breakfast was great, with fruit, yoghurt, omelette etc. The view from the breakfast room is the best! The staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs were not a problem at all, allowed us to eat more gelato. Will definitely stay again!
