Well, the neighborhood is not the best, but it is close to the train station.

The person who is running the business is very amicable and helpful, with good air conditioner, coffee, and tea.

Leaking shower, broken hairdryer.

The owner met us very friendly and suggest all the places we should visit and his advice was very valuable. Location of hotel was comfortable and discount voucher for breakfast which gave us owner was very tasty. Very comfortable that on the reception there is a coffee machine so you can make coffee by yourself.

AC was not very powerful. No fridge in the room.

Very well located. Excellent restaurant right below. Elevator to bring us to the floor so we did not have to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The host was absolutely amazing. Gave us great recommendations and met us to help explain everything before hand.

The building was old abd the elevator was small but the room was ok.

The location was great . Just 15 minutes walk from the colosseum and 5 minutes from Termini Station which made it very convenient to move around . Good price taking into consideration the location , compared to the other options around. The host was friendly and helpful . He let us check in early and we also left our luggage there after the check out , which helped us to move around and enjoy our last day as well. I really appreciated that we had an iron and free coffee during the stay.

The internet was slow and sometimes didn’t work at all.

The place is close to Termini station and you can go everywhere by walking. It was clean and happy that we had a coffee maker.

Room should be slightly renovated as the walls seemed to be dirty and the mattress wasn't too comfortable. Also bear in mind that the walls are thin, which means that you hear everything from the room next to yours. In my case, I haven't received any instructions on how to find the apartment. If I haven't searched for the info in comments on booking.com, I wouldn't have known that we need to go to the 5th floor.

We were allowed to check in earlier, which we appreciated! Room was very clean :) Close to the metro station and within a walking distance to Colloseum. Great view. Clean sheets and towels. Coffee available in the shared area. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with Leonardo. At first he wanted us to pay extra charge for late check-in ( than the charge stated in the policy ). Luckily Francesco was very kind and helpful. He recommended us all the best and local restaurants and he warned us about the tourist traps. wi-fi wasn't good at all and the AC wasn't working.

The apartment is 11 min from Roma termini and about 30 min from Fontana di trevi. The room is big enough for two people and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is free coffee, milk and mugs in the shared kitchen.

A few issues with Wi-Fi

Great location and Francesco was wonderful, came and met us to get checked in and gave us lots of good recommendations for food attractions etc. Offered room cleaning, and everything was lovely.

It was very close to Coliseum and the metro was 10 steps from the door to go to a longer destination like Vatican City. It’s simple, but clean and hot as it has air conditioner. I decently recommend it. Also the owner was very helpful.

Appartment was poorly equipped with basic stuff. There was no knife in the kitchen and only a small fridge for four rooms. There was a WiFi but signal was so weak it didn't connect. There also was no breakfast included although it should have been Bed and Breakfast.

Nice location in walking distance from Colosseum and good access to public transportation. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hmm... The only thing that may be worth mentioning is that we had to close the windows at night because of the noise from the street. Once they were closed, it was fine.

The room was in a central area. Main attractions were within walking distance. A number of places to go eat and get gelatto! Also, easy to take a taxi/Uber if needed.

The place is not very clean, when we got the room there was black long hair in the shower, the towels smell weird etc.

The place is located near the central station and its easy to get from there to every part of rome, its right next to a metro station. The owner is a very nice man, he helped us with directions, recommendations and helped us with the room.

Difficult to find the the exact building/house at the first place especially if you reach late evening. You need to find the main door and push the intercom button for guest house.

Located 7-10 min walking distance from Roma Termini and you can reach Colosseum in 13-15 min walk. The owner, Mr Leandro very friendly. He help me to get the Vatican City ticket and explain well about eternal city interesting point. Security wise- a big door, apartment entrance and guest house are locked. Small elevator available at level 1
