It would have been great to have some coffee/condiments to use the kitchen. As travellers, it's a bit inconvient to buy 500g of coffee/1l oil. All the other places we have been have provided it to us.

Check in procedure. Owner delegated to Typney. No timely entrance code mail /sms. When you call them, they put you on hold. No place to stop and unload a luggage from the car. Fortunately, neighbourghs friendly and willing to help.

There was no WiFi due to a bug that the owners did not know how to fix

The location is great, right outside the city center, you are walking distance from everything! It was clean and very unique inside, a real charming place.

The kitchen utilities are quiet basic (I.e no cheese grater) but enough to make a basic meal.

This is a super cute and clean little apartment. It was perfect for three nights in Ostuni. Loved the interior and it kept cool enough for the hot Italian summer. Excellent location and very close to the Forno 31 bakery (a bonus). Clean and spacious bathroom.

1- On the day I checked in, there was an additional 51 Euro payment on my card from Typney by mistake. It was resolved quickly, but I had to get in touch with customer support and it wasn't the first thing I planned to do when vacationing in Ostuni. 2- I paid the city tax for 1 person when doing a booking on booking.com, but the Typney app made me pay it again for 2 people during the online check-in! So I ended up paying extra for nothing. 3) The check-out instructions I received from Typney after the reservation wasn't accurate. For example, Typney wanted me to take a picture of the key in the key-box when checking out, on the day of check-out but this wasn't in the check-out instructions they sent before. Similarly, the WiFi instructions of the apartment were also not accurate. In an ideal vacation, I don't expect to get in touch with customer support and I don't expect customer support to get in touch with me all the time. Long story short - the apartment is 10/10, but the Typney app is 6/10.

Cleaning, comfortable bed, central location, big terrace, nice decoration, no hot water issues in the shower, lovely neighborhood with local people.

A better clean to ensure all sand is out would be great. On Friday evening the neighbours get festive which we could hear. If we were out later this wouldn’t have been a problem.

Compact little spot with all you need for a pleasant stay. An easy 500m walk to the centre of town.

A few more utensils in the kitchen (ie sharp knife, more cutlery or small bottle olive oil) would have been helpful. Steep stairs to enter and inside over 3 floors and so not recommend for anyone unable to climb stairs.

Casa Colombo has a great central location and as the house is spread over 3 floors (top being a terrace) it was very comfortable for a couple plus one friend or another couple. (2 double beds and 2 bathrooms) The management reacted very quickly to wifi not working, which was much appreciated. The house was very clean and spacious. Loved the view from the terrace.

Please note that there are some steep stairs to access the property. Parking is not too far unless you have luggage. It is possible to drop off luggage then park.

Luisa is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was copious and very good. The room is quite large, just off the main house where breakfast is served and has it's own separate entrance. Short walking distance to the main sights.

Only AC was listed but not available. For us it was good though as the weather didn’t get that hot.

The host was a very great lady and the room was quite unique. It was quite an experience.

* !!! First and the most important the apartment is very difficult to access. There are 6 stairs to get in the house, then another 12 irregular stairs to get in the kitchen, another15 to get in the bedroom, and again about another 20 stairs to get to the terrace . If you travel together with an adult, is fine, but if you travel like us, together with a 14 month baby and a baby carrier, then the stairs are a nightmare. And is annoying because on booking there is no photo with all those many many stairs. * there is a very strong gas smell in the 1st level bathroom and the kitchen. We were a bit scared about this so we kept the ventilation on our whole days. * we didn’t manage to access the internet * there was also a noise that we heard all the vacation days from AC ventilation * poor cleanliness * insufficient toilet paper * they didn’t change the towels and the linen given that we stayed almost 2 weeks * no knife in the kitchen, we bought one and left it there

Disappointed by the service and management, only a small bottle of body wash and no shampoo. No crib in the room upon arrival after confirming twice beforehand. When it was finally brought there were no sheets for it and railings did not click in place so couldn't be used.

Excellent location, close walking distance to center. It was a very cute house and enjoyed it.
