The apartment is beyond my expectations and is better than the pictures. Top location not only for sightseeing, but also for shopping, restaurants and accommodation. The terrace is unique and the guests can truly touch the atmosphere of the city.

Recommendation: It appears the main door frame and lock have been compromised in the past from a potential break-in attempt. We recommend the hotel repair the door frame and implement a more robust locking system to ensure guest safety. This would provide additional peace of mind for future guests as this was our concern during the stay.

Although it is rented as an apartment, the collection of the property keys on arrival is managed through the hotel's check-in, which is very convenient. The hotel reception was 100 m from the appartement, and the receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Great location with a lot of space for a family of 4 or 5 people with 2 separate rooms with comfortable queen-size beds each and one convertible sofa in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen too. Excellent choice.

A small inconvenience as we still managed to sleep, but it seems there is a kitchen right under our bedroom (or a construction site) where we heard clanking at night until around midnight with a bit of yelling.

We had an apartment right in front of Bruno hotel. We pick up the keys and were escorted to the apartment on the 1st floor. There is no elevator so bags had to be carried, there was someone to help with that. The apartment was spacious, had two toilets and a kitchen with all its amenities. There was a mini market near by that was open until 9pm, which was helpful as we bought some things we used throughout the stay (cold cuts, drinks and even got some rice, potatoes and onion as I got a stomach bug and needed to eat plain food for a while). Location was great, about 10 minutes away from main attractions, finding the place wasn't easy but it was part of the fun to keep walking around in this maze.

The property doesn’t have a lift and is on the second floor but that was alright for us. None of the windows have a view as they are so close to other buildings but it couldn’t have such a good location if it did.

Location was fantastic! So convenient and easy to pop in and out of during the day. Kitchen well equipped, shower hot, beds all comfy! The staff at hotel da Bruno were really helpful and booked us a taxi to get back to the airport (at 5am on a Sunday, water buses don’t run then) any queries we had they helped us quickly and effectively.

Bathroom had black mould on one wall, which was unsightly. Also would have liked a shower head attachment on wall. We were forced to have a shower with one hand occupied. Also curtains in rooms did not block light so we were woken up with morning light (which was probably a good thing to make the most of our time in this beautiful city)

Incredible location, overall very clean and fully equipped 2-bedroom flat overlooking canal. We enjoyed the genuine, old fashioned furniture. Would recommend it for 4 people for a short stay. Nearby hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

the dishwasher was not working because there was not enough salt so we had to do the dishes ourselves, but the receptionists took a note to take care of it for next visitors

it was cold the first night and heating was controlled remorly by reception. but when we claimed it, they solved it. Moskytos in the room, could get rid of them. Second floor without elevator.
