- very small shower cabin (70cm? - we stayed in the residence) - not related to the hotel or residence, but the restaurant next to it has pretty poor service (long waiting time, too loud music); if you stay out of the high season (when launches aren't served on site), it's good to have a car, so you can drive to some other restaurants nearby. In general, it's good to have a car if you visit in Sardinia for a week or more.

A change of bedlinen and towels would have been good idea on an 11 night stay, also to let you know additional costs for the sun loungers on the beach instead of additional charge. We could have done wit a car to get to the supermarkets.

The self catering apartment we booked was big enough for four adults and two children, the pool was very clean and well staffed, the breakfast was great, the beach was great and you could use the canoes as well, the children's entertainment was very good.

all the extras. basic but still pricey. matresses are incredibly uncomfortable and left us all with stiff backs after one week.

nice location a bit off the beaten track. you will meed a car to get around which is not a problem. in the middle of a pinetree forest which is nice when it is really hot. nice beach really close by. mostly Italians which is nice. bungalows are basic. if you book residence formula (cheapest but still not cheap) nothing is included. breakfast, beach umbrellas & lounge chairs, air conditioning, towel & linen change, cleaning - everything costs extra. check-in process was super slow.

Good appartments, nice staff, beach is very nearby (300 m walk from the appartment), nice pool (not only for swiming, but for kids as well - must wear a 'hat' in the pool though), Valledoria is very quiet, but nice villages and restaurants at driving distance.

No WiFi. The breakfast is too expensive. The apartments look all the same, difficult to locate your own, some additional sign would be helpful. It would help to have a sponge and dish soap, dishcloth, mop for the floor. As there is no cleaning provided, at least give the tools to the guests

The residence is well kept, surrounded by trees and conveniently located in front of the beach and a walk (20/30 min.) From the town. There is a nice restaurant inside. Clean pull (you must wear a cap). My apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, TV, space to sit outside. Quiet place, overall good stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and the towels and laundry weren't changed at all. We understand that they have and extra charge for 'daily cleaning' but we think that at least once a week the towels and laundry should be changed and minimal cleaning performed without an extra cost. There are no toilets on the beach. The nearest toilet is at a restaurant on the neighbouring beach. Opening hours at the partner restaurant during lunch are only from 12.00 - 13.00.

The resort is perfectly located just on the beach. You can reach the beach walking through the beautiful pine wood on a lovely path in less then 5 minuts. It is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for families with children. The pool is very big and clean.

Without a car one is kind of isolated there since a walk to valledoria (2km) in the heat or darkness (35deg) is kind of unpleasant. Also the Bus schedule to castelsardo is pretty limited. The small supermarket could get new stuff more often (we bought the last sparkling water on our first day, 6 days later it was still out of stock). The WiFi in the room is only available with a key you have buy at the reception for 2€ per day. Please include this into the roomprice and make it available robustly all the time. It’s not 1999 anymore:).

Reception on arrival was horrible. One bed room apartment is only for 2 adults and 2 children. We were forced to upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment, or pay much extra to allow our 11m baby to stay with us.

Umbrellas are very small you cannot get enough shade, the breakfast was very limited and expensive, there are no toilets near the beach, the animation in 2022 were much more active but this year they were not qualified for the adults.

The beach and partially sea during wave days was mostly covered by seagrass, which is not fault of the hotel, but that was the only imperfection of the stay. The seagrass was on whole valledoria beach, not just at hotel place.

Very nice place for family. Clean apartments, swimming pool, playground... everything needed with enough comfort.

too many things i do not like. lack of staff in the reception and slow. you need to wait minimum 15 minutues if there is one person infront of you. when the gate is widely open, the AC is not working . and super hot when you are waiting. you do not get toilet paper if you use one roll in your room. they tell you to buy in the bazar which has nothing to buy indeed for things you need for daily life. you pay for AC usage. very italian way. the only place i lived that you need to pay 170euro for a week AC usage. further more, they just leave the bedsheets on the bed. you have to do setup before you sleep. the pillows smell and i guess they never clean them. just change the cover each time by the guests. my upstair AC was dropping water . many times we woke up because the water drops over our heads.

Beach is good. a few steps from the resort. pool is ok. they need to use swimcaps which a little strange, but ok.

The Air Conditioning in the room only works if you put the special pin in, which is on the same keyring as the physical hotel room key. This a joke and unacceptable. They expect you to stay in the 30c degrees room all day and night, because the A/C is very weak so your room will never actually cool down. Luckily it's easy to bypass the pin and you can find other objects to stick in so your A/C works all day and all night, successfully cooling the room down only then do 25-26 celsius degrees. If you like to sleep early request a room a room far away from the kids entertainment, because they will be extremely loud till as late as midnight sometimes. And they are only shouting in italian, don't expect english. NO WIFI IN ROOM, ONLY RECEPTION/BAR AREA!!!! They have been "fixing" it our entire stay apparently :)

Pool and the breakfast was the best in this hotel. Pool water perfect temperature, you can cool down in the heat. No games or misbehaved children are allowed which was good for me and my older parents. Breakfast also stunning, plenty of choice, kind and helpful staff, quality coffee.

Cheap furniture, plastic table, lame WI-FI internet. Everything has an extra fee. Air conditioning? Extra fee! Swimming pool with kids? Have to wear a swimming cap and they sell it in the store. Although I did a search with breakfast included in the app, it was not included and I would have to pay extra for breakfast. They didn't clean the room or change the towels during the stay. And in the room there is no cleaning product, there was 1 cloth, a broom and a bucket. But worst of all: EVERY SINGLE DAY there was a VERY LOUD cheesy music playing in the speakers until midnight and a guy screaming in the mic.

Good facilities, great potencial. The beach at hotel is nice, super close, cristal clear water, shower at the beach. After checking out, I could stay at the pool/beach and they offered a guest room to take a shower.
