AC only in the living room, gas oven didn't work, if we would not have a lighter, we wouldn't be able to use it. The microwave didn't work, the same for the kettle, looked like there was no power in the outlet. Be aware if you don't have your own linings and towels, you may need to rent it for 15 EUR. A lot of a bit shady Indian/Arabian people in area. There is no WiFi.

Parking is very close to the apartment. Balcony with a nice view, big fridge and washing machine.

You have to go to the agency reception first. Other than indicated on Booking, you have to pay for linnen and towels extra, the quality of which is ridiculous. We got a wrong set of towels at first and noticed WiFi wasn't working (there was a problem with the router being unable to connect to the internet). A staff member equipped us with missing linnen and towels (3 cheers given) but told us there was no internet in the flat but only in the reception - which is half a mile away. That being said, the TV set was almost useless for us as well because it had a fire stick but couldn't connect to the wifi either because of the router problem. That was a bit of a bummer.

The apartment is in a very nice location with seaview in vicinity of the old Spanish watchtower. It's got a balcony where you can enjoy this view even better. The kitchen is small but well equipped, bedroom and eating area spacious enough.

Hard to find parking place but it was standard for all city

The sofabed is really umconfortable.

The location, the staff the possibility to keep the house fresh to sleep with the air conditioning, the possibility to cook and the distance from the beach wich is very close.

There’s a washing machine for comunal use but we weren’t able to use because the closest plug was inside the other entrance and we needed to rely on other guests to do so, also there was not a bucket and mop to keep the bathroom floor dry. Mattresses were very poor as well.

The location of the house we stayed was perfect, it was literally in front of the beach. There’s no Wi-Fi but we were actually grateful for that as the kids were disconnected from online things and enjoyed the holiday better. House was very simple and we were not expecting more than that anyway. We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun.

Well, we got what we paid for, which is to say that our stay was quite cheap, but in exchange, the apartment was outdated and not very well-equipped. There is *no Wi-Fi on site* which was a very misleading aspect of the booking process that we didn't appreciate--it says the apartment has WiFi "in common areas," which wasn't clear, and it turns out that the common area is the real estate office 2 blocks away where you pick up your keys--so not like we could use their WiFi to work or FaceTime with family or play music for our kids. Did we survive without it? Of course.. but it isn't right that the apartment is listed as having WiFi. Beyond that, you also have to pay extra per person for bed sheets and linens, so there wasn't a single towel to be found in the kitchen or bathroom. The kitchen was half-heartedly stocked with items for cooking, which wasn't great for us, as we're a family that cooks 3x/day. (This apartment would have been much better for guests who plan to eat out most of the time.) There was no couch, which made it feel like there was no place to gather. All-in-all, it was a fine rental, but we probably wouldn't return in the future to this specific apartment, as it wasn't the best setup for our large family.

The balcony was our favorite part of the property--we spent most of our time out there and, if it hadn't been for that, it would have been a different stay entirely. The views of the sea were lovely and, even on rainy days, we were able to be out there to relax and also eat our meals. The apartment we happened to get (there are many different ones rented out by the same company) overlooked the inner courtyard of the apartment complex, which was peaceful. We also loved the property's location--we could walk to everything the town has to offer--the main beach in Isola Rossa, the nearest gelateria, downtown to the shops along the water, and behind the complex to the rockier beaches and adjacent grassy areas. Additionally, there was a designated parking spot right in front of the apartment, which saved us a lot of time and energy. The staff members who checked us in were kind and friendly and, at the end of the day, we appreciated the affordable price.

Found the bed uncomfortable. Mattress was worn out. Pillows were not good. Had to buy many things for the kitchen. Bottle opener, large knife etc. large sliding door needs oil and repair.

Dangerous apartment. I almost died on the stairs. The beds are in the attic, which is not mentioned in the description. There is no Internet. Only the location is good.

Very run down , very basic cutlery , no knives for cutting bread or preparation of food . No can opener or bottle openers .One blanket for all the beds ! Very old lumpy pillows .Ill fitting furniture which meant a door could not be shut from the kitchen .A bottom floor apartment with a view of steps at the front and a sunny courtyard at the back which we could not access. Broken chair on patio,and broken toilet . Advertised WiFi but had to ask for this !!!! No settee to sit on to watch Tv just a bed !

The communication was terrible. We were supposed to come at 4pm but we rented a car earlier so I sent a requirement for an earlier arrival to the owner through contact info on booking. There wasn't any address of the apartment on booking so I texted him multiple times politely asking where should we go. I also left him numerous missed calls. Nothing, no answer, he ignored me. We ended up wandering around Isola rossa, looking for the damn apartment, asking Italian strangers for help. It took us almost two hours to get in touch with someone from the agency. We received upgraded apartment which was very nice but the owner was extremely rude. His reaction when I asked him why he didn't pick up the phone or answer my messages was I should have found the address on Google, he basically said it's my fault and he adviced me to "use my head next time" instead of apologizing. What the hell? He lied that this never happened before although when I checked the bad reviews obviously I wasn't the only one who couldn't find the address anywhere and was left ignored for half of the day of arrival. I've never ever experienced such rude behavior towards clients. The address of the agency was in the conditions of booking, which obviously I haven't checked because I have no idea I should look for some address in this section. Employees of the agency hardly spoke English. They didn't tell us there is an electric boiler switch so we were without warm water during our whole stay. Air condition didn't work properly. There were drops of water and sometimes even small pieces of ice falling off the air condition machine. The equipment was very basic, there wasn't even one single sharp knife to use in the kitchen. Also at least one roll of toilet paper would be nice for the arrival. There was no detergent to wash the dishes with.

Little stinky bathroom, noise from the street, but it was expected, sofa was very uncomfortable, money for the bed steets and towels and no working wifi.

Location just few steps from the beach with a great price.
