Check in was long. I arrived early and although they were not at capacity they kept me waiting to get the room. The front desk staff were not very warm or friendly and lacked a customer-centric attitude. We did not like the bathtub or the shower. Getting in and out of bathroom poses a big risk for falls. Although a lovely hotel we would not choose to stay as a party of 3 (2xadults and 1x child) room was small. We also found the shower pressure was lack lustre and very “piddly” .

The hotel is relatively new and very clean. It is close to the Colosseum, Maria Maggiore and St Giovanni churches. It also very close to the Metro train station

We paid extra for the breakfast option but it wasn’t up to much. We didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. Also as we had to check out early for flight, we didn’t get to have breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and large. Lovely jet bath. The staff left a small birthday gift of biscuits for my husband birthday. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous.

The bed was uneven ( on the oneside of the bed had something like concavity) also the pipes of the bathroom were clogged , no sound proof at all every room listens to the next, overall I think is only for 2 stars hotel. Not worth that prices

The breakfast was good, especially the omelette. Also the personnel was very polite. The location was good and nearby several of the monuments.

It was not very clean. The bathroom which should be the cleanest was dirty with dried spots on the floor, specifically the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, with black pieces of something on the floor that did not come off with water and was probably not cleaned at all since the last guests that were before us left.

The breakfast was good, the staff was nice and the location was excellent!

The mattress was very hard. I wish there was a mattress topper. The shower cubicle was tiny. If you are a big person or overweight, this hotel is not for you. The other negative is that the aircon was disabled. We had to leave the window open, which resulted in mosquitos annoying us in the middle of the night 😞

The location is very good. Walkable to the Colleseum and other touristic attractions. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The street was fairly quiet and we didn't get too much noise. Quite a few restaurants close by.

Room size too small for 3 adults paid No AC in room

The sraff was amazing helpful and friendly. The room was very very small ( for 3 adults i paid) no space for even the luggage No A/c in the room they told me it was a rome city regulation that only allows ac during summer and all my friends in other hotels got AC . I got two very very hot days in rome in spring and they offered me fans but no way ac it was blocked. Brekfast was ok different options but i am gluten free and for me was very limited too many pastries

Wall with the next room’s bathroom was paper thin. Would listen to neighbor’s shower concert every day. We only got 1 pair of slippers and dental kit, which was a bit weird, because the rest were 2 each. Some dust around the bed, wasn’t ideally clean Room is small City tax was probably the most I’ve ever paid before, be aware

Good spot, walking distance from the Colosseum; metro is around the corner. Comfy beds, large bathroom. Breakfast was ok when staying a few days, would get boring staying longer

One night we could hear a couple fighting in the middle of the night and it woke us up. We heard yelling and screaming and we couldn't sleep. Also, the bed is way too short and you can't adjust the air condition in your room.

The location was great, just a short 5 min walk from the Colosseum, great cafes and bars nearby. Quite area for sleeping. Room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great, set us up for the day. The staff were all polite, smiling and helpful and spoke English very well.
