Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, marred by several significant issues that overshadowed the few positives. First and foremost, the bed was a nightmare. It creaked loudly with every movement, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Adding to our discomfort, the shower leaked, causing water to spill from the bathroom into the room itself. This was exacerbated by the extremely low water pressure, making showers more frustrating than refreshing. The room itself was extremely small, with no designated space to place our luggage other than the floor, which quickly became cluttered and inconvenient.

On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent, close to cafes and restaurants, making it easy to find good food and explore the area. The bathroom, despite the leaking issue, was newly renovated and clean. Communication with the host was decent, and they accommodated our late-night check-in smoothly. However, these few positives were not enough to make up for the overall discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a restful stay.

Property completely blew us off after we booked 2 months in advance. They didn’t respond to our emails or calls to give us the late night check in instructions we were told we needed to get in and left us hanging to find new accommodations at midnight after a long day of travel. Then they had the audacity to charge us the full stay as a no show after leaving them a bad review on Google. Dishonest, bad communication, and zero integrity. Look elsewhere!!

There was no information about anything. It is about a 20-25 minute walk from train station, 10-15 to historic centre. Not too many restaurants around, no one at reception after 3:00 so if you have to communicate by phone, but if you have esim card with no phone number attached, you are hooped.

Room was Ok-- good size ,kind of spartan to the point of almost depressing, , but ok. Bed was comfortable, good linens, bathroom good size. Room faced the street but it was quiet.Staff was plesant and friendly. Room seemed secure. Fridge in room

Bad smell in aparts, like it was a room for 10 persons. It is dark, no view, we saw just our neighbors. Bad quality of bath gel for hands wash. Terrible feelings while living in aparts, I don’t know how exactly describe the situation. Low quality, big price. We lived in Deluxe room, but it was for 6 persons, amazing

There was no AC. When we arrived, the windows were wide open, whilst the temperature outside was 35+. With no AC, we couldn't lower the temperature of the room over night and spent the worst night. They need to install AC (the fan doesn't do anything) or manage better how they ventilate the room.

The room and bathroom are of good size and the residence is well located in Bergamo.

The room had no Ac, smelled like sewer, and was verry verry noisy. Shower was half calcefied and this meant you should stay in a corner in order to get somr flow of water. There was only the option of a fixed shower head, and that meant wet hair also. Bed was made of some metal frame, springs and some foam. It was soft on one side and hard in the middle. There was some small kitchen area in the room and the pipes beneth the sink were so inesthetic.

The staff was eager to give pointers to hotspots in the city

Parking was an issue. We filtered to choose a hotel with parking, but we were directed to find parking along the street nearby or at a parking lot. There was no free street parking, so we paid an extra 12 Euro to park overnight.

It was very clean and well kept. The staff was excellent.

- amazing helpful staff, gave us lots of useful information on the local area - hotel is really nice, modern boutique with a classic feel - comfortable bed, fridge in room which was useful, very clean room, big modern bathroom with rain shower - great location within walking distance of all main sights (very close to stadium too). Lots of cool churches and art galleries nearby - amazing hotel, perfect for a stay in Bergamo -stylish room
