Superb large pool, excellent helpful and friendly staff, amazing restaurant, delicious breakfast, including typical local specialities, great lunch menu. Lovely covered area by pool for lunch and a bar for drinks, ice cream and great cocktails. Staff go over and above and are unfailingly delightful.

I liked the hotel was very clean and they take good care of their equipment. The location is great and many beautiful beaches nearby. What we liked the most was the hospitality the staff gave us. Very nice people and really do their absolute best to give you the best time.

it does not have it’s own beach. you need a car to drive to the beach but then again all hotel guests seemed to have a car

Very comfortable bed, quiet room. Shower and bathroom were good, despite strong smell of cleaning products. Very nice breakfast buffet. Pool is well done, allowing kids to play without disturbing others. Gym rather small. We did not try the restaurant, but it was rather pricy. Location is good to visit a few cities around, and only 10 mins walking from the seaside. Not possible to visit without a car.

The sea is indeed right opposite the hotel but no beach. It is rocky. For the beach take the car. I think the hotel has an arrangement with a beach club. Breakfast : I would have preferred a buffet and to help myself. Here we had to choose from a menu . The wifi connection was not great in our room and at the pool. However I have to mention that the management was sweet and offered us an office if we needed one for work purposes.

A car is needed. The setting is beautiful. It is ideal if you want a cool relaxed stay. Don’t expect club animation. Clients are couples or couples with small children. The spirit of the hotel is «  breathe, indulge, relax ».

breakfast was a nightmare with covid rules, with very few choices (like in many places in Italy) and not really tasty (industrial bread, eggs too cooked,...). Some mozzarella or burrata, nice focaccias or pieces of pizza, more cake choices would have been a nice addition.

The hotel was clean and nice, recent bungalows, in a quiet location. Spacious pool, pool-bar and tables around where you could enjoy good meals while watching your kids swimming. We were pleasantly surprised and felt the rooms were even nicer in reality than in pictures!

The hotel has great opportunity to improve on their services overall. For a luxury hotel, if we think about how they promote it and based on room rates, lots of improvements should be made when it comes to: --cleaning rooms should happen more thoroughly - they do not provide an option to choose wether you want your bed sheets changed or not. When it comes to changing bed sheets, we specifically asked for it on our 6th day and they shared that this was actually "the day" for doing this -- at restaurant the staff was a bit overwhelmed and could not manage all tables at once, there were delays and we had to kindly ask them to take our orders -- one night it was very windy and started raining, we were having dinner outside and only when we asked the 2nd time to get a table inside the restaurant they offered a table they arranged on the spot, on a hallway -- at check out, we had to tell them what we have eaten during one dinner because they did not have the check...even if that night we specifically asked the waiter to bring us a check to sign..they shared the printer did not work...or something --- new towels in the room or pool towels sometimes had stains on them and we had to ask to be changed -- dry cleaning was unprofessional. Our clothes came back ruined: might be from high temperature or ironing mistake --- for a 4 stars hotel, the overall experince was a bit disappointing

We liked the pool, it was a large one and not so crowded so we could enjoy days at the pool. The staff was polite The location looks nice overall, close to some nice wild beaches

Average hotel, no attention to detail at all. The hotel staff were friendly and keen to help but had no local knowledge. We asked for restaurant recommendations and nobody could really give us any, said they would email us some recommendations but never received that email. They had some info on an online ‘booklet’ but all the restaurants were over 15k away. We ended up finding our own restaurants via google. We took one recommendation but the menu was just sandwiches, so pleased we didn’t go for dinner. We also ask them if they knew of a gym in the area that was closer than the one we found on google and they replied let me check google. I was like I have done that I just wanted some local knowledge? Online the hotel said you could rent bikes but they only had one, which was very old, light didn’t work and no lock. We had to rent another bike locally. The gym is tiny, 4 cardio machines (2 bikes), the belt on the running machine had a bump in it so you couldn’t use it without risk of tripping. They had a multi gym machine which basically did lat pull down and flys. That is about it as half of the machine was broken! The tennis court was very poorly maintained, they had bad balls, and pretty bad rackets. New balls cost about €10 on Amazon. Seems like a small expense to make playing tennis more attractive. Food and drinks were expensive. €4 for a can of Coke when it is 90c in the shop down the corner. Appreciate it would be more expensive at the hotel but €4 for a can?! Food is as hit and miss burger was good but the pasta was undercooked and seasonless.

- Non-existent wifi in the room. - No bikes. Property advertised that it offers bikes, but they could not find us 2 for the evening of the same day. - Shuttle to the beach was not running in July. (They said it only ran in August) - Ants in the room. - The overwhelming sound of the cicadas all day.

- Pool facilities were good - Bathroom and toiletries - Some staff were excellent (Gianluiggi)
