I loved the location, Pontone is beautiful with many places to eat and a beautiful walk down to Amalfi. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with modern bathrooms and a really spacious bedroom. The highlight was the terrace, on which we would eat lunch or dinner, and gaze out to see the sea, the mountains and stars at night! Our host, Gerardo, elevated our experience. His warmth and genuine care made us feel like welcomed guests. Gerardo shared insider tips, recommended lesser-known spots, and even helped us decipher the local bus schedules. His responsiveness was remarkable; no message went unanswered. Gerardo’s commitment to ensuring our comfort was truly commendable.

We stayed two nights at this property. It was renovated, very clean, located in a very quiet area. We used a rented car from Napoli airport and received a welcome package at arrival. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The location is impressive.

I wish the apartment was cleaner, there was a lot of dust because the house in front of us was under construction work and all the dust was inside our apartment, but then they stopped and it was ok.

The location was great! The view was very beautiful, watching Amalfi up the hill. It was very easy to get there by bus or scooter in our case. Bed was very comfortable and enough spacious! Gerardo is a great host he has been excellent and very helpful to us in every way you can count on him!

Obviously not a negative of the property, however location was hard. The accessibility to Amalfi was a little difficult if you don’t have a car and don’t want to walk up and down the 1,000+ stairs to the town! We didn’t see a bus, so we didn’t ever use this. There aren’t a lot of local restaurants within walking distance. There’s a hotel, but it was expensive and a bit of a limited menu. There is a convenience store (SPAR), but again, is a fair walk away from the property.

Loved everything about the property, everything was perfect! We couldn’t find any toiletries (e.g. shampoo and shower gel etc, but we had our own, so wasn’t an issue! The whole apartment was stunning and the VIEW😍 wow, I still can’t get over the view!

Someone met us to give the keys and walk through the property to show everything. The location of the flat is amazing and both the bedroom and the terrace perfectly capture the view of Amalfi. The village square is ideal and we had food at the local resturant (it was delicious). We will definitly by back here in the future.

Gerardo is an exceptional host who really went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay! The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning. The steps down to the town of Amalfi are very nearby and is it a pleasant walk, although can be tiring if the weather is hot like it was for us but the views make this walk worth it! There is a gorgeous restaurant nearby (the terrace of which you can see from the apartment) which I would highly recommend. We finished off our holiday in Pontone which was ideal as it is lovely and quiet but close to the main tourist attractions too. There is a bus that goes from Amalfi to Pontone which Gerardo kindly provided us with the schedule of, and I was pleasantly surprised how the Italien buses stick to the schedule! I was also pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which was a lot bigger than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable, with wifi and air conditioning provided. Again, I can't compliment Gerardo enough - he left us treats and bottle of wine on arrival and we also organised our airport transfer through him which I would also recommend as it was extremely efficient and the best value for money I could find. I will be recommending this stay to anyone I know going to the Amalfi Coast in the future!

Amazing views and large outdoor terrace where you can sit and relax (sun loungers also provided). Gerardo was very welcoming and helpful and we had a really great stay. Worth noting that the walk back from the centre of Amalfi is around a 30 minute steep climb, but with great views!

Lovely apartment in a cozy location with a beautiful view of Amalfi. Own separate entrance. Small kitchen and large bedroom. It has enough sleeping places for 4 people - a wide bed 160 cm and a sofa bed. Free parking space - not only for a microcar - is a big plus for this area. Apartments has its own washing machine. Warm welcome - thanks to Antonio for the detailed information. Thanks to the owner for the welcome snacks and wine. Large terrace, enough utensils for cooking. We had a great time.

Great View - comfortable Beds & super nice communication

This Apartmnet is on top of Amalfi & has the best view ever seen! You can even walk 20min down the stars to the heart of Amalfi. Highly recommended 🙂
