The staff were exceptional. We were provided with assistance and kindness after receiving traumatic news from home. The apartment was more than we hoped for.

I don't have anything bad to say, they even went out of there way to make some breakfast work for us when we had to leave earlier than we expected.

Our room was massive and the pool with jets were thoroughly enjoyed in the one night we got to stay here. Pretty much loved everything about the building because the architecture is so unique.

Our room was too small bed too close to the wall. It was just about ok for two days. You had to hold shower head no connection on the wall.

Francisco the owner was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. His staff were also pleasant. The hotel is quirky, with interesting furnishing and objects of interest, it was definitely a fun place to stay. The rooms were very quite and peaceful, also a pleasant garden to sit in.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea in the room and/or available before breakfast began at 8:30. There were too many stairs for people with walking problems.

The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and Italian specialties. There were no hot items. The location was excellent with a good variety of restaurants close by.

When we walked up from the road where the taxi dropped us off there wasn't a sign locating the B&B although every other shop and hotel seemed to be indicated. This led us to pull our case all the way to the top of the hill. However the member of staff Alice (English version) came and found us which we were very impressed by. She was so helpful. No tea or coffee facilities which seems typical in Italy.

Needless to say that this place is very special in every respect. After having spent three days in the historic center of Bari with all side effects of mass tourism, this was heaven on earth. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The set-up of the breakfast at one common table facilitated interaction with the other intersting guests who stayed there at the same time. After check-out at 10 AM, we had a couple of hours to spend before moving on to Brindisi airport. We received a key to the main entrance door and were allowed to further access the fantastic citrus garden. We will definitely come again.

Everything!!! The staff, Francesco in particular. The Garden is Beautiful. The jacuzzi in the room was fabulous. The De-cor was stylish and beautifully traditional at the same time. Highly recommend! I will be back 1000%

Our one-night stay in Ostuni was delightful! The communication with the hotel was excellent, and the owner personally greeted us with a warm welcome. He was incredibly informative, sharing valuable local insights. To make us feel even more at home, he served us a lovely welcome glass of wine and a delightful small snack. Additionally, he graciously provided us with a tour of his stunning property.

The breakfast time window and checkout time are too tight. On holiday you would prefer not to rush to leave the room before 10. No privacy at breakfast. They have a beautiful garden, so why not offer breakfast there. If you travel light, only body wash and shampoo provided. For the price, more toiletries would have been appreciated.

The location is great to visit the old town. Renovated nicely.

Tho the bath in the bedroom was lovely, there was really no option to take a shower. There was a shower head on the faucet, but it made no sense to stand up and hold it. We were on vacation so we still enjoyed the baths - but it would be nice to have the option. You did need to ask for some things - more toilet paper, tissues, soap refills, but they were always very nice enough to accommodate.

The breakfast was OUTSTANDING! The staff was lovely. We had the room with the pool into it and it was charming, with a wine cave window on the floor. Incredibly spacious and somewhat reminiscent of Valle D'Itria trulli in the sense that it has those cave-like white stone arches. We loved the little expandable kitchen, too. It is meticulously appointed, cleverly designed and very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything - shops, restaurants - tho it's surprisingly quiet. They also had a cute little garden area, where you could enjoy your morning cappuccino.
