Everything is outstanding and faultless.

The location is excellent, half an hour's walk from all the important sights of the city of Rome. Within a radius of 200m there are fantastic restaurants, gelateria, markets, and a bus station, from which buses go in all directions. The host Alex is extremely hospitable, kind, accommodating and always available for anything needed. The accommodation is extremely clean. The host Alex undoubtedly contributed to our pleasant and unforgettable stay in Rome. All recommendations.

It was quite noisy at night perhaps cause the rooms were close to eachother you could hear other people talking in their rooms,shouting, flushing the toilet or you could hear even when someone is coughing. The shower cabin’s drain was blocked and there were a few floor tiles raised up which made it difficult to open the room door for example.

The location was very good. The room was cleaned daily. The host was friendly and helpful.

Bus stops near the house, they cover all rome city. Alex(staff) helps us a lot. He understands what traveler's needs. He takes good care of them.

The host was very welcoming and professional. Tbe property was located in an ideal area where I could go to the main tourist attractions just by an average 25 minutes walk. Of course I could also take the 490 Bus which is literally 1 minute away from the property but since I like walking I only take the bus when returning from the tourist attractions.

The air conditioner didn't adjust, the bed was uncomfortable (but maybe that's subjective). A bit noisy from the street.

The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much (maybe I missed a small table or a desk, as I needed to work a little). A small fridge was available in the room but it didn't work well. I couldn't make the safe work either. Anyway, these were minor things, so I didn't even mention them to the manager.

Very friendly and forthcoming manager. For me very good location, not touristy, but I consider this an advantage - about 10 mins on foot to the nearest metro station, also there a good connection with the bus. Not very far from Termini either. There are plenty of places outside to eat and shop (you will find recommendation in the room). Kitchen was also available (I didn't use it). Ther is a lift, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall IMO very good value for money.

The location is just perfect (about 20 min by walking to fountain di trevi), the room was clean and cosy. I also would like to say a few words about the host: he was absolutely helpful and gave us all information about buses, shops, restaurants around. I definitely recommend this place for staying in Rome 😊

The size of the room with not so much storage space. No bidet in the bathroom. (Still, cannot complain as value for money was great!)

It's not close to the subway stations but once you get used to the buses you can easily move around.

Place was super modern and the staff was very friendly and nice. The kitchen was equipped with all that is needed plus you had a fridge in the room to keep anything you'd like there

The hotel's location is excellent. Close to the train staton, many transport stops nearby, also the neighborhood is quite organized and beautiful. The host was an extremely friendly and helpful guy. Helped us with practical advice and good service during the whole stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay in Rome.
