It was a little out of the way from town and it was on a busy road.

Breakfast was wonderful, the service was very attentive and the hotel was very clean.

Warm welcome. Modern design. Sea view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but within easy reach on the train. I stayed here 11 years ago and have been meaning to come back since then! Nino and Angela not only remembered me but were so accommodating and warm in welcoming me back. It’s a perfect spot if you want to combine sun and sand with a city break. It’s just an hour into Rome and only €3.60 on the train. Thanks to both of you.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! A short walk from the train station, ocean views, and across from the beach. The pool was gorgeous and everything was spotless. We had a wonderful time and I look forward to returning.

the main restaurant within galf a mile is a seafood restaurant which was lovely but quite expensive.

Nino is an excellent host. Location is very good: 3 blocks from train station (1 hour train from Rome Termini). Right infront the beach. 15 minutes walk to a Anzio center. Swimming pool in the last floor with Seaview were you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the sea. Breakfast also served there. Room and bedroom very comfortable, airconditioners worked perfect. Shower works perfect. Quiet neighborhood.Ideal if you want to take some rest from the people and noise during your stay at Rome!

The property was further than we expected from the heart of Anzio with its restaurants. It was a long walk. We tried to work out the buses, but found it very complicated, despite help offered by the hotel.

There are lovely sea and coastal views from all over the hotel, especially from the top floor breakfast room/sitting area. It is a short stroll to the nearest beach and there is a pleasant roof top pool. The room was very pleasant and comfortable and had a side view to the sea. The property was only a short walk from Anzio Colonia station. The breakfast was good.

The location was very nice, right by the sea. We had a great room with a sea view and a balcony. It wasn't right next to the town center, which would have been good..

Incredible and very helpful staff. We had to leave before breakfast was served in order to catch a plane, and they arranged for us to have an early breakfast. Very helpful and suggesting places to eat and other things around town. The staff couldn't have been better.

Another stay at this lovely hotel, sadly due to China Virus we could not come back last year. Owner recognised us depsite the time gap. Always a pleasure to stay here and wake up to the view of the Med and a good breakfast.
