A very pretty, comfy, and big room in a great location-- only a few minutes' walk from Teatro Massimo. Clean apartment. Towels and toiletries provided. Good Wifi. Some basic kitchen equipment to make yourself something to eat. A nice host. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I booked 3 nights but could stay only 2 nights due to their renovation schedule and I've only been advised on arrival day - not that reliable and convenient when they didn't inform it in advance. I had to move into a different location on the 3rd night and it's heavy smoking building during sleeping time. Although it's nice room too but I was sleepless because of the strong smoking fume spreading out to the entire floor. I'd recommend to confirm with the owner for longer stay to avoid the inconvenience of moving around during your stay!

The accommodation has a very good location, very close to the historical center. Luigi is an exceptional host: he helped us with useful tips and information, and on the last day we could leave our luggage as much as we needed.

Pietro was amazing , very welcome and ready to help me in everything ! The hotel was good , my booking was move to another hotel For the same group but was also in the center and they did a little update :) they have also a wc near the lugagge room where you can take a bath before your flight , in case you need it ! It is a minor concern but the property’s receptionist is only available during particular hours. They did ask when was my time of arrival, but since our arrival time changed (of which we have informed on our way there), we needed to call them and wait a bit. Hence, perhaps, an information for the particular working hours of the receptionist could help guests in overcoming such issue :) Thanks!

We liked the location a lot. It is very central and has a fair price! We enjoyed our stay and everything was very easy with the check-in and check-out! We left early in the morning and wr just left the keys in our room. All went fine.

Public parking space that is free only between 20:00 and 8:00, quite expensive for longer stays (1€/h). Noisy street in the night and other residents in the apartment were loud in the middle of the night.

The fridge and the single air conditioner are pretty noisy, and the rooms/aisle could have been more decorative(paintings, flowers, etc.)

Air conditioning was a blessing, the rooms had a nice size. The coffee machine saved lives in the mornings.

Only one thing, the shared bathroom. We knew that the bathroom was shared, but still, we didn't have the best experience. We always had to wait more than half an hour to be able to use it. As soon as one person left, the other entered. We were only there for 2 days, so it wasn't too bad, but still, it was quite uncomfortable. Then, in my opinion, it might be appropriate to put a sanitiser near the toilet, since the bathroom is shared.

We had a great time here. We loved the very central location near the Teatro Massimo. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked. At night we preferred to turn off the air conditioning and sleep with the window open, and the noise from outside didn't bother us. As for the common areas, the bathroom was clean. We have never used the kitchen, so we cannot give an opinion.
