I was there at Ryder Cup week. Prices were high (expected).

There was no staff at the hotel and we struggled to do check in in the machine after 20h drive. Then we couldn’t find our room and there was no instructions.

No breakfast is served, but they do offer good coffee, cappuccino and other things with a serving of cake. The apartment may not have been spotless, but it was clean. Wifi didn't work well in our room, only close to the window.  There is no airco up the stairs where the double bed is and cold air doesn't go up, so it does get a bit warm up there.  But then again... we stayed at this hotel during the worst heat wave ever so maybe it's ok in normal circumstances. And you could also sleep on the double sofa bed downstairs.

Nice spacious apartment in what is like a little oasis in the suburbs of Rome. The boys at the reception are all very helpful and kind, they did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Free secure parking also for big cars (we travel with a roofbox on our SUV, so it's not always easy). It's very close to the highway around Rome, so no need to worry about special permits to drive in the city centre.  Not sure about public transport, there is a bus stop nearby but we didn't use it. All in all a good option, we'll consider it again in the future.

3.9 km far from Rebbibia , you shoud go with car to Lidl and park car there. A lot of drunk african people at Metro station ( Rebibbia ). If you are with familly, don't let your wife and kids alone!Musty smell in rooms.

Amazing place with amazing people. Loved everything about it. The staff was so friendly and nice. They offered us free water on both our check in and check out. They also gave us complimentary breakfast. Everything was great. It also had a beautiful garden.

People at the reception They were friendly and helpful. They shared their recommendations when it comes to Rome and gave as information about city transport. They met our needs. The whole property Hotel has a big yard and is full of trees. Perfect for nature lovers. We had some bad weather during our stay but we enjoyed it in hotel and greenery. There is a parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast and cappuccinos are very good (breakfast is traditionaly sweet) Hotel is located in area where the car showrooms are. So if you like cars there is a Lamborghini showroom 7 minutes away and on the way to metro station. Connection to city centre There is a bus that stops 2 minutes of walk from the hotel. Bus goes to Rebibbia metro station that will take you to the city centre. Overall it is up to 30 minutes from hotel to the city centre.
