Loved the menus on offer, the buffet selection was good but there was no description of the food offered.

It was spotless, liked the garden that also had direct access to the beach. Liked the fact there were bicycles to borrow for a nominal charge. Staff were excellent and welcoming and the food was lovely. The breakfast was excellent especially for very hungry teenage children. I also liked the cross section of guests staying. Would recommend.

Room itself is not suitable for 4 persons,its simple not enough space for all the things you bring with you for a holiday.

A bit expensive for what you get, perhaps not ideal for solo traveller but I booked last minute so didn't have many options. Some areas felt a little bit dated but didn't really detract too much from the stay.

Clean room, about the right size for a solo traveller. Bedside table could be in better location. Breakfast was nice, didn't eat other meals there. I could see how it would be nice for families with the pool and private beach, although I was on my own so didn't really use.

It is very traditional place. I would not recommend for younger people, there is no content, nothing for entertaining. And some guests asked for complete silence on the beach, ready for arguing.

The place was very clean and staff is very polite. It was very nice outside, the pool in green. Food was awesome.

The services of the hotel were planned especially for German tourists and their habits. When travelling abroad we are used to enjoy a dinner for at least two hours. We have never before enjoyed a buffet dinner in only one our, especially not in Italy.

The personel of the hotel was super polite and helpful. We felt we were very special guests for them. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the private beach area of the hotel. The pool bar was nice and the breakfast was superb!

For me I did not like the a la carte menü for dinner, because it caused difficulties in service and the scheduling of the evening programs. In addition my opinion that the dinner menü is better for adults and not for kids. I would prefer rather a buffet dinner. But it is true that the food is very delicious.

Perfect location, very pleasant beautiful garden, close to the beach, nice staff, extraordinary menu for dinner, fresh food for breakfast, very clean rooms and environment.

The elevator was slow and I had to wait it quite long. The french balcony is too small for the summer vacations.

The sandy beach in front of the hotel was very clean, the sunbeds and the umbrella were gratis and provided by the hotel. The breakfast was abundant, I could enjoy every morning in the fresh cappucino, omelette and several tipes of croissants. The room was nice, clean and enough comfortable.

All was very good until we came to book out and were charged €2.5 for the smallest of small bottles of water. which we had used on arrival from the mini bar. we have been travelling around for two months and even the most basic of budget hotels have left a complementary bottle of water in the room. this really let the hotel down.

In my opinion, the price is too high for what is offered. The bathroom had a defective WC seat and missing towel hooks (although bars were indeed available). The breakfast was for me more stress than relax, but this is due to the COVID rules: It was not possible to take the food on your own, and it was necessary to always ask the personnel. I would have preferred the possibility to book without breakfast.

The personnel was very friendly and there were three areas where to lay down in the sun: by the pool, on the grass or on the sand.

Beach was really good, the breakfast was served by the staff because of Coronavirus. I think they should involve more staff to do it, so the guests dont have to wait that long. The room was good, but we heard a lot of noises from other rooms.

We came to this place as a family (4) and booked a Family room with the sea view via booking.com. After reservation we got a call from the Hotel where they said they will change our booking to two separate rooms (assumed same quality as the one we booked originally), and although they promised same type + that rooms will be next to each other we got two very small rooms on opposite sides of hallway, with view over the parking lot with one of the rooms directly above exhaust from the kitchen so you cannot even open the window (there is no terrace). Air-conditioning although it exist smells very bad when you turn it on so basically there was not option to cool the room. So instead of booking we placed for one spacious room for 4 people with a nice view they gave us two very small and bad smelling rooms.

Only nice thing about this hotel is park with pine trees... everything else and especially how they tricked us after we placed our booking was very very bad. Avoid this place!

The small rooms for one person are indeed very, very small, and the bed seems outdated small. The mattress was not 100%& straight, but was inclining towards the front edge. The beds for the small rooms should be modernised.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pool and beach area. The food was amazing and really good. We loved the green pine trees all around. All in all an excellent experience, we loved our stay.
