Beautiful architecture, finished to a high standard, super clean and beautiful location in the middle of the olive groves. Family run and incredibly accommodating, seemed a genuine pleasure to have us. There is also a reason every review mentions the breakfast - outstanding and varied! We can’t wait to come back

Oltre Gli Ulivi is a beautiful oasis where you can truly relax. We have had a jam-packed holiday, so it was lovely to spend a few days here to decompress and slow down. The villa itself is picturesque and very quiet. We loved that it had retained the beautiful details of the old building with tasteful modern touches to enhance it. The hospitality was second to none, from the drink on arrival to the thoughtful recommendations. I also think it has to be one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. An absolute joy to stay here and the highlight of my trip!

Everything was great.

Very beautiful place among olive trees, very friendly family running it. Very welcoming yet discrete. Great attention to detail. Also, breakfast was really tasty, full of local products. We hope to come back!

See above - it was perfect. They are a bit remote, so it's good to find them before dark, but we drove home in the dark and had no trouble.

This place is perfect. It's small, non-commercial, exquisitely designed, run by charming brothers and their mom, in an olive grove. The pool is beautiful. It's the quintessential white masseria with none of the tour busses. Breakfast was remarkable, but also in the evening they facilitated a beautiful table for the pizza we bought in town. They sent us to a friend for a tour of an olive press (tasting season is over for the working farmers). They recommended an excellent seafood restaurant on the Adriatic. They were engaging and just delightful. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Oltre gli Ulivi is an amazing property and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The breakfast was truly one of the best breakfasts we have had in Italy with everything being homemade and fresh! We can’t wait to return!!

Faultless! Francesco and his family were totally amazing, welcoming and look after us so well. Very comfortable with a beautiful little terrace and gorgeous pool overlooking olive grove. Breakfasts so good and every little detail well thought out. They will also give you details on good restaurants in the area. Property is accessible to all the tourist attractions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely outdoor areas to sit and relax, beautiful pool area. Francesco gave us a warm welcome and It was great to hear the history of the olive farm and that it has remained in the same family. The breakfast was amazing, delicious produce from the farm and homemade cakes.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful - they had thought of everything. Staying here felt like being in a calm oasis and it was so lovely having homemade lemonade on arrival. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made a great choice staying here. Francesco and his brother Vito dealt with all of our needs in a very friendly and professional manner. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the pool was beautiful…just what we needed in the recent hot weather. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit…perfect to start the day. We will definitely be recommending staying here to our friends…a perfect get away 😁

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the olive groves. Family run, the breakfast was delightful and the staff went out of their way to look after us and make us feel at home. The room was spacious and had plently of space to hang/unpack our clothes. Beds were very comfortable too - I couldnt have been more pleased with our stay. Very close to Ostuni too and the beach was a short walk/drive away. Really easy to book taxis when required, the hotel were so accomodating.

I cannot think of anything negative because the positives were too numerous.

We picked this location for the first leg of our almost 1 month trip and it ended up being the best of the places we stayed by far. Francesco, Vito and their mom Lucrezia went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Francesco and Vito had great restaurant recommendations as well as knowledge of places to go and how best to get there. Lucrezia served the best breakfast we had in all of Italy and always with a smile from her and her helper. The location is perfect for exploring Puglia and we visited and spent time in all the best spots. The location is also close to several restaurants in the local small town that are very good and very reasonable as well. The property was also beautiful. tasteful, and very accommodating and everything felt new and fresh. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the family who runs it. It exceeded our expectations.

The access road can be a bit bumpy, and it takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach the nearest lido. However, these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the remarkable beauty of the place.

The property is stunning. The rooms and common areas were exquisitely designed, exceeding our expectations. We cherished every minute we spent there!

absolutely nothing!!

this was a little oasis, the pictures don’t do it justice. such a tranquil, relaxing place! Francesco and his family were so friendly and accommodating, the rooms and grounds were gorgeous and the breakfast was really delicious. it was so easy to get around too, only 10 minutes away from Ostuni if you want to go into the city.

charming, unique place, very quite with a lovly atmosphere, within beautiful oilves trees, good place for making sight seeings around, and what is siginificant - owners - family run- they pay attantion to each deatail, and we felt they put lot of heart in this place, very helpfull, brilliant service, breakfast amazing.

The place is new and has a bit of a stark feel to it. I like minimalism but this was taken a bit too far. There needs to be hooks on the wall to hang your jackets and the bathroom needs a shelf in the shower. It would have been nice to have a little bit of music on during breakfast or playing in the common areas. Nitpicking I know but it’s a good place that could be made better with a bit of ambiance.

Fantastic breakfast with a varied choice of local products. We often skipped lunch after this breakfast because we were still full.

Francesco probably is the best host I have ever met. very well prepared breakfast and the food was supper fresh. and he is always ready to help and very nice person.
