Very clean, spacious. Excellent location. Very easy short walk to main Piazza and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great having plenty of shampoo, conditioner etc and kitchen area if needed.

Beautiful apartment. The pool and grounds are exceptional. Breakfast was great too. The staff were attentive and very friendly- they obviously take great pride in the property and in making sure guests enjoy their stay.

We liked everything.

Clean and comfortable apartment with ample storage space --something lacking in many hotels! We loved the traditional decor and hand-painted furniture. We spent 6 nights here and were sorry to leave. Excellent breakfasts with homemade cakes and local cured ham, as well as omelets. Location a few blocks from main square of Ostuni and an easy 5 minute walk from old town. Elevator. Lucia, who lives in the palazzo, is a charming hostess. We greatly appreciated her helpfulness and friendliness as well as her restaurant recommendations-- the best places we ate in Ostuni. Many thanks, Lucia for a wonderful visit.

We felt that the host could shorten the long list of rules and regulations and soften the tone used. Perhaps this is the result of translating from one language to another.

The location is excellent. It is easy to walk to the historic centre and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast provided an adequate start to the day. The garden area and the pool are a lovely addition to the property.

We liked everything about this accommodation, it was central to all areas of Ostuni, our room was lovely with old work charm, very clean with a bedroom, sitting room and very well appointed bathroom. Also the owner was very friendly and helpful and made a very good home made breakfast each morning, particular mention to her home made orange cake.

Lucia is the perfect hostess! So kind, friendly and helpful. The room was perfect as is the location. And the breakfast is fantastic. There is an elevator! Next time in Ostuni we will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Cost to wash clothes was surprising. Many signs around the accommodation telling what not to do . I do think this is to help with language barrier though.

I liked everything about this delightful bed and breakfast. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk to the plaza and the cathedral and shopping. The pool area is delightful. The rooms are spacious and well taken care of. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s an elevator to the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the delightful owner on site to help with any need. Another couple that we met has come five years in a row to this place, they liked it so much. It’s a real value and find.

Host Lucia and her staff were excellent, went out of their way to make you welcome.Location was probably one of the best in Ostuni. Although we didn't use the pool it was in a tranquil location. A fabulous old renovated building with some lovely features. Can really recommend this for a stay in Ostuni . Would definitely return

It was a bit unusual that there was a very long list of prohibited activities. If it was a bit more relaxed it would greatly benefit this place otherwise with excellent features.

Feels like home. We were warmly welcome by Lucia, and ou stay was exquisite. Everyone was available to help us and acomodate in the best possible way our stay. We are 5 minutes walk from the center of Ostuni. We chose to spent 10 days in this location and travel on one day trips in the puglia, it was us (couple + a kid) the perfect combination to discover the region between trips and swimming pool. We have done everything in train, the network is good and cheap.
