We loved everything about our stay.

We had the most amazing stay here. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the one thing that makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the staff. A special shout out to Antonio. Antonio was so polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel. A special thanks also to our waiter Thomas, such a happy go lucky chap. He always greeted us with a smile. What more could you ask for.

I have two tiny little complaints, that are really minor. One, the maids knock on the door and keep trying again even if you have a do not disturb sign up….and two, there is repeated music playing at the hotel, through speakers shaped like rocks. It starts to grate on you! We asked for this to be turned off when we were by the pool.

My husband and I loved our time at this hotel. We booked for the view of Vesuvius, and also because we read the reviews about how helpful the hotel staff were. We were not disappointed! Antonio communicated with me from the moment the booking was made. He made suggestions but in no way did he ever go for the “hard sell” and he was recommending places to visit with no pressure at all. He arranged a transfer from Napoli Centrale station so that we could relax after a long train journey from Bologna, and that is to be recommended. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and the rooms have lovely high quality Italian furniture. The view from our room balcony (Girasole, meaning sunflower) of Vesuvius was amazing. We enjoyed sitting there having a drink. The food at the hotel was good. Dinner was a high standard, and even our club sandwich by the pool was awesome! Tomasso worked hard to look after the guests in the restaurant. The hotel ran a shuttle to the local station. Don’t be put off by the station looking a bit run down, it was safe, and many locals travelled with us including to Pompeii, Sorrento and Naples. I can safely say Antonio’s assistance with booking a guide for Pompeii and travel advice made our holiday! I’d highly recommend the hotel and we plan to return.

Be careful with gps directions. Google maps seemed to be most accurate. Also better directions with the name of the hotel vs addresses.

An oasis in the neighborhood! Staff very helpful, even on a holiday. Wonderful settings and beautiful decor. Parking so convenient and safe!

The staff made the stay exceptionally well. The hotel is very boutique and quiet. It has a fantastic restaurant menu, and the restaurant is in a conservatory with a lovely view towards Capri. The owner is very much involved in the running of the hotel and circulates with guests.

The views are great, but all the staff were absolutely amazing they could not do enough for us, especially Antonio and Luciano. The food in the restaurant was really good and the service was great plus the waiter was so entertaining. This is a great hotel I bet it would be even better in the summer. When we had an issue with our taxi not showing up and we were going to miss our flight Antonio did everything he could to get us to the airport and just made the flight. We should have booked the transfer with them. I would defiantly return to this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Thank you to all the staff.

We attended a New Year's Day "special lunch", which really was a five hour long celebration with very loud music and interminable waits between courses. I'm sure the differing expectations of a New Year's day lunch were lost in translation, but a bit more clarity would have been nice. And some of the food was not properly executed; perhaps they had a bigger crowd than they were prepared for?

when the kitchen is cooking, you smell the food in the room if the window is open and also on the balcony. They can change the way of filtering the air? The sheets were a bit to small for the bed.

Wonderfull view from the room and the balcony. Fine system of airco: It is central, but if it is to cold, you can open the window. They even changed the towels, even if we did not put them in the bathtub. Really helpfull staff Nice pool good and save parking

I liked everything.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff were excellent. Antonio looked after us as soon as we arrived and even gave us his phone number to contact him when we left in case we needed anyrhing or had any questions. Jiovanni looked after us in restaurant and shuttle service. These guys are a great asset to the hotel. Very nice hotel, Very nice staff. I would recommend this place highly. Hotel, rooms, reception, pool area, and grounds are exceptional and to a very high standard

Nothing at all

This hotel is in a small village/town around an hour from Amalfi ~ Sorrento ~ Salerno etc , and due to this , is far more value for money due to having to drive places . We hired a car for 150 euros for 6 days ! But , it's the most amazing base to visit all sorts of attractions, like Vesuvius, Pompei and the water park . The staff are so amazing Impeccably clean Beautiful atmosphere Elegant dining I like to research and glad I did We loved it ~ and glad we chose our of the way of the coast , as it's just sooo busy at peak season . The pool is fabulous and Cheri's bar alongside it . Large car park Plus visited 2 local eateries ~ one was a pizzeria a few buildings away and a Margarita pizza cost us 3 euros ! And was packed with locals , no wonder ! Great experience overall would love to visit again ~ someday soon . Thankyou to all the staff especially Antonia for all his knowledge and help He's a real asset .

Absolutely nothing… this place was perfect place to relax before our long trek home.

We stayed here at the end of our vacation as a place to relax from the vacation before heading home. The location was spectacular with views of Vesuvius and the grounds, easy links to visit Pompeii, and beautiful grounds to just relax and enjoy. The staff was incredible and top notch, in particular Antonio who went out of his way to make our stay amazing. He was so helpful and attentive to all the details and even arranged our tickets into Pompeii. We will never forget his kind and helpful approach. Giovanni was also someone that went out of his way for us. All the staff were fantastic and it made our stay very memorable.

Remote location with difficult accessibility even though the hotel provides transportation for example to the train. A few maintenance problems for example weak water flow in the shower in one room or weak air conditioning in another room.

We stayed 3 nights, 14 people, in 6 rooms, adults, children, teenagers and even an 80-year-old grandmother. Very large, clean rooms, plenty of parking. Efficient, dedicated, courteous and very helpful staff. Every request and question was answered with kindness and a smile. We had a lot of fun.

Beautiful hotel with great view of Vesuvio and the ocean. The staff here is very friendly and the service is amazing. Free shuttle to the train station is a big plus and the breakfast is very good with beautiful views. The pool is nice and it is a big plus how cosy and quiet the hotel is. Loves seeing guests with their dogs 😁

Lovely, spacious property. Great pool and grounds. Beautiful view of Mt Vesuvius. Room was large and clean with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and kind. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. We wished we were staying more than just one night! I would highly recommend this hotel as a relaxing respite between your tours of Italian cities or going to Pompeii.
