If they cannot provide a specific room type, they shouldn't list it on Booking. 1. We chose this hotel because they claimed to offer twin beds (two single beds), but it wasn't until midnight on our check-in day that we were informed they couldn't provide this room type. Not only did we select twin beds when booking, but we also confirmed weeks ago via Booking.com's messaging that we'd get a twin room. If we only needed a double bed, we'd have had more options and wouldn't have booked this hotel. They argued they had sent a message to my Australian phone two days earlier (which was an odd communication method, considering we could use Booking for contact, and we were in Europe), but even if they did, the notice was too short for us to find another hotel. After arguing, they added a folding bed to our room. 2. The front desk staff were always absent, and we met other guests also looking for them. 3. We had booked this hotel for two days but returned to an uncleaned room on the second day at 5:30 pm. The hotel's excuse for not cleaning the room was that they saw us and didn't know when we would leave (we were out from 8am-1pm, 1:30pm-). However, they later admitted that they knew we had left when their cleaning staff closed the entrance door after us. When we left , we saw he was still cleaning other rooms, so it's unreasonable to skip ours. They tried to cancel our reservation post-checkout, presumably to avoid our honest feedback. Thankfully, our evidence, including photos, videos, and message screenshots, convinced Booking.com otherwise. 長話短說：飯店隨意更換了我們預定的房型，我們訂了兩張單人床，卻入住當天半夜3點飯店才通知只能提供一張床。但我們早在好幾週前就在的訊息上和他們確認會有兩張床了。如果只有一張床我就不會訂這間，有更多性價比更好的飯店選擇。爭執後，他加了一張折疊床到我們的房間。連續入住兩天，下午5pm回來發現沒有打掃。再次以訊息反應後才派人來。他們在我們退房後秒向Booking申請取消我們的訂單，聲稱我們從未入住，但我提供了照片與影片支持。我認為飯店這樣做是為了剝奪我們寫出這則評論的權益，這個行為反而鼓勵我分享。
