Noise of lift moving up and down building. Birthday party for owner's son took place in the suite next to ours on our last night. Very noisy and made for a bad night's sleep. Hotel should have moved us to another room. Guests had to pass our room to get to/from lift .

Excellent location. Mostly good staff. Room 301 - Comfortable bed and lovely terrace, overlooking the basilica.

Loved the location at the very center of the historic city. Very beautiful and elegant hotel that cares a lot about all the details such as Ditypique amenities and a musician playing harp at the Saturday breakfast. Amazing gourmet restaurant and beautiful bar .

The bathroom was poorly arranged, with the toilet immediately behind the door, so that a person on the toilet could be hit when another person entered the room. Also, the shower door had an inadequate bottom seal, so that water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery.

The location was excellent, couldn't be better. All the staff, particularly those at the front desk, were invariably friendly and helpful. The car valet service was very good, super convenient, and fairly priced, considering the urban location. Again, given the location in a largely pedestrian area inside the walls of the old city, the hotel provided excellent driving directions. The breakfast provided a tremendous variety and unlimited quantities. The rooftop bar was pleasant, and our room was large.

For breakfast, the hotel could have a toaster. When we asked to heat up a bit our bread it took very long so when it came my tea was cold. They could have less options of cakes/ patisseries but have fresher ones. The hotel could have a policy of not changing towels and sheets every day, upon request.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center, close to main attractions. The room and bathroom are of perfect size and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Top notch is service, everyone who works there is extremely polite and helpful.

We wanted to eat at restaurant at top of hotel , but it was booked both nights we were there unfortunately , Friday and Saturday , but everything was FIRST CLASS !!!

Rooms were large and clean and well equipped and updated. We had a great shower, and also a bathtub in the room. There was a balcony door to the small courtyard , but we did not really utilize it. Location was AMAZING, as it right in the middle of everything, and there is a very large beautiful Church right in front of the hotel about 50 -75 steps away. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection , and you could eat inside or outside on small patio area. There is also a small bar off the front lobby where you can order cocktails and drink in the bar or outside on another small patio in the front area facing the church. There are multiple restaurants and bard within literally minutes away, and the service by everyone was first class. Friendly , attentive and very pleasant staff. I would DEFINITELY return and go back to Patria Palace.

Everything at Patria Palace was 11/10.

Loved every element of our stay but the stand out is the team; their service is impeccable and exemplary. They couldn’t have done more for us. The available parking is a necessity if you are driving and what came as a very welcome bonus was the concierge service; they handle everything regarding your car. It is a beautiful hotel in an incredible location. There is a complimentary beach club on the coast which was also amazing. The best place I have ever stayed, supported by the team who are polite, friendly, professional, and want to go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Patria Palace enough.

The room was large, stylish and comfortable, all the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice and the rooftop bar was a lovely place for a drink and some unusual aperatifs. Location was perfect in the old part of the town, close to lots of fantastic restaurants. Valet parking provided at additional cost was helpful. Free WiFi reliable.

There is really nothing not to like about this property. If you are opposed to noise from the street then be sure to ask for a quiet room. Ours was right over the front entrance which had a great view of the church but was loud through 3am

Gorgeous hotel in the absolute best spot in the heart of the city. Their communication before arrival was impeccable. This hotel is in a restricted zone and made sure we knew how to arrive and what to do to ensure we didn’t get a traffic violation. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and tremendous. I loved the shower room with bathtub.  Wonderful rooftop bar. Absolutely fantastic breakfast
