The kitchen had pretty basic tools: no oven, no ice tray in the fridge, no working cutting knives, and no basics (oil/salt/sugar/coffee). The apartments are pretty close to each other: it was very quiet in low season, but it looks like it would be pretty noisy/crowded when booked out.

The apartment was furnished beauifully, and its spaces functionally organised. Two bathrooms PLUS a sink in each bedroom was a great suprise! The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk from beautiful beaches.

The recycling trashes were a bit confusing, they are located in the kitchen cabinet in the room , but we were told we need to take the trash out to the appropriate areas. Therefore, no trash can be left in the room at checkout.

Great location near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The room was well equipped with kitchen utensils, the complex has nice pools and is very clean.

No restaurant in the complex.

Nearby beaches are the main reason to stay here. Also the pool is very nice.

Incredibly uncomfortable with only hard seating and from late afternoon until midnight very loud dance music from the neighbouring club

There is not a comfortable place to sit in the apartment, the kitchen chairs and the garden bench are not suitable for spending more than 5 minutes on them either. It would be worth paying attention to this and providing comfortable seats, because it will make a stay of several days miserable if you don't want to lie in bed all the time. No services are provided in the camping area, it would be nice to have a bar next to the pool, where you could buy a drink, a coffee, or maybe some breakfast cookies, or a pizza, this is really missing. The price for cleaning the kitchen... pff... Despite this, we have been there several times and we would choose it again, but the reason for this is only the wonderful beach, it would be nice to pay attention to the development of the above.

A wonderful beach within walking distance. Ideal for children, children's pool, playground, shallow white sand beach a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is quite puritanical, but clean and well maintained.

There is no breakfast and the closest bar (in another hotel) is not good.

I don't like the blanket here, it's very itchy, the bed cover is very hard.

I like the proximity to the beach There is a nice clean swimming pool. The beach is beautiful and very private. The accommodation is vintage, old but beautiful.

the kitchen was average. There needed to be some salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, and some oil.

I really don't have any concerns. We were there during shoulder season, so the facility was not crowded at all.

This location is close to several nice, small beaches. To be honest, I never figured out whether they were private beaches available only to guests or public beaches. The weather was unsettled while we were there, so we made it to the beach only one afternoon and found it quite enchanting.

I love the salt water pool the gym was very small with no weights but at least they had one machine that was multipurpose. I love the location to/from the beach. The room is very small but parking is excellent and the staff is helpful

The whole facility is looking rather tired and there were lots of mosquitos. The room was neat and clean and comfy bed, but quite old.

The toilet at the pool wasn't cleaned during the day and neither were the rooms. The houses could be equipped with a sponge and a detergent for washing the dishes and a hair-dryer, but there's a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer compartment, some dishes and cutlery, which is nice.

The pool was clean and there weren't many people around most of the time because everyone headed to the beaches, which are superb - all four/five of them and within a walking distance. The whole residence is nice.

Would have been good to have washing up liquid and a sponge. A minor frustration. We had a great time and will stay again.
