The luxury room had a little too much furniture in it, and we probably would have been just as happy in a standard room.

The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco, and the rooms are typical Veneziana. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was large and mostly quiet, overlooking an internal courtyard.

The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Our stay in March meant there was no air-conditioning available (starts in April), our top floor room was excessively hot (26 degrees at night).

Great location, excellent front desk service, and staff were very helpful and polite. We were able to get a water taxi to the hotel and also from right outside the Hotel on the day of our departure. Good buffet breakfast in a lower level of the Hotel allowing one to look out at the Gondolas as they row past a panoramic window. Very pleasant decor, plenty of Murano glass on show and the courtyard was very nice, I can imagine it would be great during the hot summer. Location was excellent, Piazza San Marco is about 4 minutes away on foot, and the hotel is just at the end of the main high-end shopping street.

5 minutes walk from San Marco pier (15 eur per person water bus from VCE airport), great room, tasty breakfast, fast WiFi. Reasonable price.

A little noisy from the canals and deliveries. Not fault of the hotel just something to note

The location, the staff were friendly but particularly the main man who works on reception was super friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room had comfortable beds and standard amenities. The view was really amazing from the canal

The beds in a four-bed room were not as comfortable as expected.

The location was superb with access to local shops, restaurants and main points of attraction. In addition, local transport was easily accessible. The hotel and the rooms were spacious, breakfast was absolutely adequate. The staff were excellent.

Perfect location within minutes walking to San Marco square, restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast surpassed our expectations and the room was very spacious for a family of four. Really loved our stay and was exceptional value for money.

Outlets for electricity are covered by furniture, especially if you are visiting from outside Europe you adapter won’t fit in any of the outlets other than the restrooms, at least in the luxury room. Also even decorations and bedding give the whole room a venetian ambience it also makes it feel a little dated.

The balcony and the view from the luxury room are just awesome, location is also prime as it’s pretty close to gondolas, shops and st mark square. Great friendly staff.

Some of the aspects of the room are a little dated. The lock was a bit sticky. It is an older property so some of this is to be expected. Don't expect a large room. It was enough to sleep. The breakfast location is very small and tight. The variety of food for breakfast could improve.

The view of the canal from our window was dreamy and outstanding! I would definitely request a room with canal view. Totally worth it! Great location close to San Marcos square.

This could be an issue for some— there are no elevators. Hotel staff assisted with carrying luggage to the third floor.

Some guests may want to see an update to the furnishings(inside and outside the room) but this is only a visual thing.

Great location, 3 minute walk to St.Marks square. The rooms and main entrance are located on the street behind the main Street so noise from tourists is almost nil. Although not elaborate, decent breakfast which you won't get bored of for 2-3 days at the max. Staff is courteous and friendly.
