This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Location is just next to the Spanish Steps, hotel is clean with brilliant modern rooms (we stayed in ‘Pick the black’), the room is also a great size for the city centre. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who were always friendly and happy to help, great choices for breakfast which is served to your room. Fantastic valve for money! Hot tub in the room is amazing after a long day of exploring. As an added bonus, we were in Rome celebrating our engagement and the hotel kindly upgraded our room!

Breakfast delivered in the room is fine, but requires ordering the evening before, while sometimes you do not know what you want to eat and when you want to wake up and have the breakfast. On top, the equipment for the breakfast (table and chair) is not appropriate for breakfast, at least in the room we had.

Nothing everything was better than expected.

We found it be luxurious, quiet 🤫 and a special experience for our Honeymoon our 1st week in Rome will never be forgotten. It is so close to the Spanish steps and easy walking to the Spagna Metro made getting around Rome so easy.

The lights in our hotel tub didn't work and although reported a few times, they were never fixed. Light above bed on all night that made it difficult to sleep if you are sensitive to light.

Location was brilliant walking distance to most things. Rooms where big and clean. Breakfast was brilliant served in room and something for everyone loads on menu.

Not much space to store luggage, no bathroom vanity space, a little noise from the street but that's to be expected. The bathroom products in glass containers was cute but awkward. The lighting was fun but a little tricky to figure out!

The room was so cool! Better than expected. Spacious, modern, cool, comfortable. Top of the line and newly remodeled with lots of romantic flourishes. The breakfast was generous and excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The service was one of the best with a large choice for breakfast . The location is another positive about it as all the famous palaces to visit are in 30mn walking distance with the Spanish steps 2 mn walk away .

Needs a fresh coat of paint, a little grubby on the walls and main door to room rattled & didn’t feel secure. Also gluten free breakfast wasn’t great.

We stayed here during our 2-week honeymoon across Italy. The staff was so friendly this ended up being our favorite stay. We will hopefully be back for our anniversary.

The noise. My room was in the part of the building close to the street, and unfortunately I was woken up by workers at 5 in the morning, both the nights I spent in the hotel.

Clean, kind staff, close to Piazza di Spagna and less than one minute from the metro station. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety of food and drinks.

Stairs, no elevator, but the anticipation of the rewards at the top of the stairs kept us going after dinner and wine. Or sometimes just wine!

This is a very unique hotel. We had the Royal Suite/Loft, (4nights) what a great spot to connect with your SO. The service and mind blowing breakfast was stellar. If your even somewhat open minded you will really enjoy your stay. The great sound system with a iPad full of sensual music keeps the mood going. Everything is close with lots of shopping and good restaurants within a 5 min walk. We can’t wait to return

Not a fan of the glass doors across the bathroom, it ruined some of the romantic ambience to have to take tactful toilet trips. I also gave the lady who delivered our breakfast a bit of an eyeful when I was still in the shower when she arrived. The lighting is also poor for doing make up but this is easily rectified.

The hotel couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The reviews had mentioned noise related to renovations but we didn’t hear any, but could see that there were some works being done. The breakfast in our room was excellent and really thoughtfully presented, would definitely recommend. Can’t fault the place really, they deserve their excellent rating.
